Private paradise with lake view (pet friendly)

Private piece of paradise situated in the middle of 11 acres, presenting a glorious view from every window!
The house boasts a 27 metre deck for undercover outdoor living, a rear fire pit area overlooking the Mansfield hills, a fenced dog area at rear, fully heated and air conditioned including a log fire place and open plan living, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Located close to Eildon township and the lake.
Price includes linen and towels.
We are pet friendly, so all pets are welcome to stay both indoors and outdoors.
Firewood is supplied for indoor wood fireplace only.
The property has a 250 mt long driveway which is quite steep. In extreme conditions, a 4WD may be required.

Stunning location with a great view.

An absolutely stunning location, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The wood stove kept the late autumn cold at bay. We brought our own high chair and bedding for the small one in our party and there was plenty of space in the common area to socialise. The doggos enjoyed the safety of the fenced area. On top of it all, our host was able to post us a jacket that we'd accidentally left behind.

Great little hide away

Would be happy to stay here again. Great little hide away. We had a small issue with our gas bottle during our stay, but the owner was onto it within 5 mins of me messaging him, and rectified the problem immediately.

Fantastic family break

Stunning views and idyllic setting for a very peaceful and relaxing family break with kids and dogs. Loved the wood burner inside and the fire pit outside. Sitting outside toasting marshmallows, listening to the wildlife and watching the stars was beautiful. Kids loved the rope swing, tree platform and spotting kangaroos too.

great escape

The property was probably better than it presented online, the views were magnificent and the house was well laid out with modern appliances. Being winter we were worried it might be cold, but the reverse cycle air con was very efficient and the combustion fire was absolutely fabulous.We will definitley be going back there. Being pet friendly was a bonus.

Stunning Bush and Lake views

We had a lovely two night stay at Andrew's property. Perched up high with views of the lake and surrounding landscape, you feel like you're in the middle of the bush. The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

A place with stunning view!

Tranquil and peaceful. A great place for hide-away. We spent lots of time to chill out on the balcony. Spacious living, kitchen, dining area and good size bedrooms with everything we needed. Close to town and water. The driveway may get tricky if wet. We had a lovely time!!

Was a great place to stay. Great location, close to town centre. Nice and clean. Driveway was an initial concern, but had a vehicle that could navigate it. Views were beautiful, nice peaceful feeling.

With a drive way that even a Highly skilled four wheel drive would of found impossible. The drive way had massive big holes and splits in the road which was terrible. Was forced to hike up half way of drive way and carry belongings into the house Where the steps were also a big safety concern The property had no lights in most of the living and bedroom area. Light globes not working in most of the areas except one or two that were working. The food crumps still on outdoor dining area aswell as the floor in living room. Above the sink on the windows was still dirty with food and dish water stains . Things seen not clean . Like the floors And tolet . Not even salt in the cuboards or and also a small amount of sugar. No washing powder in laundry room these are basic things that in any other places I have stayed in are supplied. On a positive note the bird life was beautiful.

Location was very private and quiet, the view was amazing. Great place for the entire family to relax and unwind. The house was well equipped with everything you could need.

Scenic and serene

We stayed in this beautiful property for two nights, and really enjoyed our stay. It was a great experience to be away from hustle bustle and spend some quality time with loved one around the nature. We had our dogs too and they had a great time. Be mindful when you are getting into the property due to gravel road but we had SUV and had no issues at all. Thanks to the host for a great experience.

Great house in a great location with a spectacular view. Perfect place to get away with family or friends. Modern and clean. Excellent value for money. The driveway is a bit steep and it was raining so those in sedans slipped a bit but made it up ok. Would definitely recommend.

Weekend escape from the city

Lovely property, very clean modern and comfortable. Owner very responsive. Driveway very steep and gravel, we only just made it up in our sedan so very glad it was dry!

Had a couple of issues i.e., had to ring for lock key code, only 2 towels in ensuite, rubbish bins had not been emptied. After contacting Andrew was very apologetic and had cleaner deliver more towels that arvo. When speaking to cleaner he told us to just leave what rubbish we had out the back in bags and he would collect them after our stay. Please read the description carefully as the driveway was scary, lucky I had a 4WD, other guests cars had a hard time getting up the driveway (deep ruts and gravel) making their cars slide a bit. Apart from the above, house had plenty of room, comfortable living space, all bedrooms had ceiling fans. Close to township, great views of the lake and surrounds.
