Lots of issues

While the location is decently convenient (close to bus stops, walking distance to MRT and Orchard), our experience was pretty terrible overall. There was constant construction happening throughout our stay, within the building and nearby buildings. Host and management kept making promises to reduce/stop construction at certain times that never pulled through all week. They were not willing to work with us on shortening our stay so we were stuck. Their key card system was somehow partially broken, took 2-3 minutes of standing outside to get the key card to work. Again, promises to send someone to fix, but never happened. Unfortunately a terrible experience, would be better off elsewhere next time.

Just alright...

Overall decent property but there were some issues: -The on-site person was hard to communicate with. The contact you get on vrbo is the owner or something, but not the person involved with day-to-day needs. Usually, I don't feel like I need to communicate with the host much, but here I did. We we're missing towels, didn't know where to put trash, and a few other things. Also, as a note to the host, it would be really good to add some dimmable lights. The lights were too jarring, especially combined with the lack of any natural light in the second bedroom.
