The main floor features panoramic views of the Lake Michigan shoreline. A fabulous cooks kitchen opens to a spacious dining area and elegant living room. The custom paneled office provides a dedicated workspace and bar area and a convenient main floor bedroom features a queen bed and ensuite bath. There is an additional full bath located on the floor as well with walk in shower and a 1/2 bath for convenience.

The upper level provides 4 additional bedrooms as well as a bunk room wing. The primary suite features a king bed and balcony, bath with bidet, soaking tub and walk in shower. There is an additional guest room with a queen bed and attached bath and 2 more bedrooms with queen beds and shared bath. The bunk wing features 3 sets of twin bunks as well as 2 twin daybeds, a kitchenette and tv area.

This home is located on a wooded lot directly across from private Lake Michigan beach access by stairs. The front porch is a perfect spot to enjoy the views and the large backyard greenspace features a firepit, patio with gas grill and dining table, built in outdoor fireplace and outdoor shower.

THE LOCATION
A vacation here will be a once in a lifetime experience. Relax by the outside fireplace or take a short drive to the What Not for a cocktail - a favorite spot for vacationers and locals alike! Award winning Oval Beach is just a short drive away. This is resort living at its best with total privacy. (Not available for weddings.)

*Please note indoor fireplaces are not functional.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reductions in nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products, along with emergency maintenance services.

Check-in is a breeze; drive straight to your rental and let yourself in with a unique lock code. We'll send you all the information you need, including directions, lock box codes, and instructions, so you'll be ready to rest, relax, and rejuvenate! "This is an amazing property. It's a perfect location for a big family, multiple families, or a few friends joining together. The kids bunk room is fabulous and can sleep so many that we were all very comfortable. The kitchen is huge and there are a lot of seating areas that even with a big group you don't feel like you're on top of each other. The view is fabulous and the private beach access is awesome. The kids spend hours there daily and it was so nice that they could just walk to it while some adults could stay back in the house to relax. I love that it is at the end of a cul-de-sac so it's very quiet and safe for kids to be outside. It is also barely 10-15 minutes to the town and we loved popping by there for coffee, meals, shopping. The town is adorable and so quaint. It was our first time in the area and we loved how family friendly it was."
