Welcome to the Hamptons of Mexico, Valle de Bravo and the incredible Villa Caparin.

This brand new villa was recently built with entertainment and luxury in mind. The first level boasts a spacious living room and a fireplace in the middle of the room. The dining area seats 12 and the table converts to a pool or ping pong table. The kitchen is equipped with everything a gourmet chef would love.

Our rental includes a traditional Mexican breakfast and light housekeeping throughout your stay (Food cost xxtra). Private chef and chauffeur (at a fee) should be booked in advance with our concierge.

Walk through the wall of glass to the graciously appointed patio. Plenty of seating to soak in the views and a dining table set for 12! The patio has a wonderful firetable for cool nights. Off the patio is a large 14 person hot tub!

Valle de Bravo is a town on Lake Avándaro, west of Mexico City. The lake, ringed by wooded mountains, is a center for water sports. The town’s cobbled streets are lined with well-preserved colonial buildings. Anchoring the Plaza de la Independencia is the 17th-century San Francisco de Asis Church. The Monarch Butterfly Biosphere Reserve, a habitat for millions of migratory butterflies, is north of town.

All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.

2. 1 Queen Bedroom with ensuite bath with double bed loft (queen bed with a nest individual bed beneath the queen bed)
3. 2 Double Bedroom with ensuite bath (2 double beds)
4. 2 Double Bedroom with ensuite bath (2 double beds)
5. Loft in 2nd Bedroom with Double Bed

The home is pre-set for 9 guests, but will accommodate up to 12 upon request and approval by owner. Upon approval, we will set the home for up to 12 guests using luxury Frontgate bed-height air mattress beds with foam toppers (upon request). A large group fee may apply. 3 night minimum for all stays are required.

COVID-19 Enhanced Safety/Cleaning: In addition to our already rigorous cleaning procedures, we have implemented a robust checklist using CDC/VRMA disinfecting protocols, noting increased attention to heavily trafficked areas and high touched surfaces. As always, ALL LINENS are freshly laundered and sanitized every stay. All staff members will be masked while inside of the home before and during your stay.
