Kanuka Sway House is located in Raglan's newest urban sustainable neighbourhood, a bit of coastal paradise on the West Coast of New Zealand.

3 minute drive to Raglan town centre.
Unwind in this warm & welcoming, brand new 3-bedroom waterfront property with stunning native bush & tidal sea views.
Enjoy open plan living with full linen & towelling provided.
Netflix & Disney are both available on the lounge TV.
For the adventurer, the property has direct water access where kayaks can be launched at high tide & children can explore in the (private) native bush.
The second lounge area, in the fully insulated garage room has a digital only TV with Netflix and YouTube - having this extra space is handy for families & small groups.

Bedroom Three: x2 king single beds
Enjoy a competitive game of foosball, soak in the bathtub or watch a magnificent morning sunrise. Kanuka Sway has something for everyone.
Parking is available for 1-2 vehicles with handy additional wide bay parking adjoining the nearby footpath.
There are new walking tracks that go right round the Peninsula, this is a great relaxed activity to do with family & friends.

Enjoy a hot slice of pizza just across the Bridge at the Raglan Roast Food Department or check out Raglan's nearby world renowned surf beaches.
