Sanibel 1405 is a two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath condo with an incredible view of the Gulf and Little Lagoon from the 14th floor. Located just across the street from the beach, with public beach access on 13th Street, only 100 yards away.

Condo Features:

• Access to the balcony from the living room and dining room

• Tile flooring throughout the unit

• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need in your home away from home. Dining room table seats eight, with four barstools for additional seating

• Washer and dryer inside the unit

• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• Second bedroom features a queen-size bed and a set of twin bunk beds (Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk)

• New mattresses as of Spring 2025

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry

• Maximum of three cars allowed. Guests must purchase parking passes from the on-site office on the 2nd floor: $35 each

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

We enjoyed our stay. There were a few items that need minor maintenance in the condo but nothing that was an issue or that we had to contact the property manager about. Note that there is a parking pass that must be purchased right away in cash only after you arrive or they will tow your vehicle - we got a warning notice because we arrived after the office closed for the day but we were able to purchase the next day after checking various times for the manager to arrive. Other than these, we enjoyed the condo very much & would stay here again.

We couldn’t have been happier with our rental unit. The view of the Gulf is spectacular! The beds are firm but quite comfortable. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

It was a beautiful condo and I would definitely stay there again. It was in a great location.

The balcony was big and I loved having the half bath for someone that just needed to go to the bathroom quickly while others were using the showers. You have to cross the road to get to the beach but it wasn't far at all.

We absolutely loved this condo! Nicest place we have ever stayed at in Gulf Shores/Orange Beach and we’ve visited many times. Loved that there was so much room for our family of 5. I almost didn’t book after seeing we would have to walk across the street to the beach, but it ended up being a lot closer than we thought. The area is less crowded which is nice also. We will absolutely look at booking this condo again. Suggestions to help improve would be to get a better, softer mattress in the master bedroom, high table and chairs for the balcony so you can enjoy the view, blankets for guests to use while hanging out in the living room. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing view! Short walk to beach!

I loved this condo—possibly our favorite condo we have rented, if not just for the view alone. The place was clean, and the communication was timely. The pool was pleasant and not overcrowded. The walk to the beach is only about 8 minutes to the public access. Lots to do nearby, including some nice parksWhen I woke up and walked into the living room, the view made me so happy. Though the condo is across the street from the beach, the houses on the other side are low, so I could see the ocean clearly. The water pressure is good, the living room furniture is comfortable. I loved that each bedroom had its own full bathroom and there was a half bath as well! Very helpfulThe only complaint—and it isn't a reason to dock a star because it is a matter of taste—is that the bed in the master bedroom is a little hard. I prefer a softer bed, so if that is important to you, take that into account. An egg crate topper would be a great idea here because that would be enough to solve the problem. The bed in the other room was softer and more comfortable. The bunks were what one would expect. Some answers to questions that I wanted to know before my trip:1. They have both a regular coffee machine and keurig2. There are no beach chairs. There are a couple of boogie boards and some sand castle bucket and an umbrella, but no anchor 3. There seemed to be plenty of pots and pans for what we needed. There is not a veggie peeler that I could find. There were a couple of pizza pans.

Excellent stay

I was initially skeptical about staying across the street from the beach, but it was really not a problem. The beach is a short walk and easily accessible. The condo, view, and facilities were great with one exception. The bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable. I believe it might have once been used as a medieval torture device. Other than that, I would recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic stay

Lovely stay in this unit. It was wonderful waking up to the ocean view across the road. Plenty to do while still being quiet and feeling safe. Will definitely return to our new favorite vaca spot.

Great Condo, Perfect For Relaxation

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Short walk to the beach and condo was well equipped for our stay. Gorgeous view and easy to get checked in. Our only complaint was the bed in the master bedroom was very hard and uncomfortable to my wife and I. That being said, I would still recommend this place for a family of 4-5.

Overall pretty nice

The unit was pretty nice. Just a few issues we encountered: - master bed mattress was super hard and pillows uncomfortable - the bunk bed seemed to have loose joints - remotes were missing batteries We were also surprised that there were no beach towels. Most rentals near the beach divide these. Also, not truly beachfront, if that’s what you’re looking for. It is across the street, which is still convenient, but if you’re looking for a place ON the beach, this isn’t it. Other than that, the unit was very clean and convenient.

Great location

We loved the place, it was clean and had everything we needed. It was nice having the beach cart there and our kids loved the boogie boards that were there. The condo was a very short walk to the beach, maybe a 5 min walk. The view was incredible. The only negative was the beds, they were very hard and uncomfortable. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be planning another trip.

Good condo with great view of the ocean.

The condo was easy to access and we only had to cross the street to get to the beach. The multiple bathrooms was a life saver with three kids and the living area was nice and open.

Awesome view!!

Awesome place to stay! The view was amazing from the 14th floor. Everything was awesome except they only have 1 elevator working for the entire place. Other than that it was excellent!

Not clean, great location.

The property needs a deep cleaning. The furniture in the 2nd bedroom is dirty, needs some repairs and the baseboards haven’t been cleaned in ages. The master bathroom tub drains extremely slow and there is a bare minimum in the property. No salt/pepper, they only supply one trash bag, and I used the only ride container to wash the bathroom rugs because they were extremely dirty when we arrived.

Clean and Comfy

This condo was clean and attractive. Beach access is a very short walk. I wish the hot tub was really a hot tub- its warm but no jets. The property is kept up well.
