You will arrive via the elevator to the top floor of Sandcastle and be on the east outer side of the building near the beach end of the building.

As you enter the unit, your eyes will feast the beautiful coastal décor/furnishings and embrace a full view of the beach and the beauty of the sky as you are “one”. What a wonderful world! During your stay, your senses will awaken with the Sight and Sounds of:
Ocean waves 24 hours per day from your private balcony.

Beautiful coastal sunrises - Mid-day/afternoons are blessed with shade and breezes on the east facing balcony.
The evenings allow for star gazing and watching the twinkle of the ships in the ocean.

And, watch the ships enter the channel and appear to go on land right through town is a favorite of many renters.
Time spent outside on the balcony is fun with the bar height, beach viewing dining table and 4 chairs. Whether you take a siesta (nap) in a zero gravity lounger, have a fun Happy Hour or just want to sit and be in the moment - the Balcony will have you thinking “ what a wonderful world”.

As you enjoy time inside the unit, there is never a need to close the living room drapes. Privacy is afforded by being up high so you continue to marvel at the outside world.

The Living/Dining area has: a streaming 65” Roku TV. The sofa has a chaise lounger (and queen size hide a bed) and a favorite is the swivel, rocker, recliner chair. All seating allows you to watch TV and see the beach. Meals and games are a enjoyed on the dining table with seating for 6. There is bar seating for 4.

The kitchen has full view of the beach and is apportioned with a K-cup Keurig that will also brew a full pot of drip coffee. The kitchen has many “gadgets” to make your baking or cooking fun. Also, the new pans are teflon free. A rice cooker, crock pots, mixer, cooling racks, cake/cup cake pans and BBQ tools are also included. The BBQ area is located on the ground floor just steps from the elevator. If you prefer cooking inside, the stove/oven combo is upgraded and very professional.

Your “what a wonderful world” experience will continue with a secluded bedroom retreat that has a KING size bed outfitted with a mattress that has rave reviews, a 50” steaming Roku TV and black out curtains for the window. Also, a fan if you like breezes as you sleep. USB charging ports are on the clock.

The bathroom has a walk in shower with a glass sliding door but a privacy curtain is available. For the little ones, a portable little tub is provided to use in the shower. A washer/dryer combo is also in the unit.

Owned by the same owner is Unit 506 efficiency which is adjoined to this unit through a locking door and continues the coastal theme yet allows your friends/family to be “connected” while having their own space with a bath, kitchenette plus a king size bed. Unit 506 would be a separate rental if available.
