Live the high life in this high-end penthouse apartment! Sophistication, comfort and convenience all spell a divine getaway. Combining generous spaces, luxury fixtures and fittings, tasteful decor and a superb location with ocean views, this home must be top of your list.
As soon as you arrive at this property, you’ll feel that sense of luxury and sophistication. With direct lift access from both the parking and ground levels, you enter a tranquil, designer space, with custom cabinetry in blonde timber tones set off by the white walls. Light-filled and generously sized, the open-plan living sets the tone. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen has double ovens and an expansive quartz stone island bench, and large windows and sliding glass doors to the balcony showcase the views from multiple angles.
The dining suite seats 6 and the comfortable lounges provide ample space for guests, with a smart TV and reverse cycle A/C ensuring relaxation. Head out to the balcony for a pre-dinner drink while you fire up the BBQ or head upstairs to the stunning rooftop terrace complete with gardens and sun lounges. And those views!
