This cosy home has been renovated and will have everything you need for a comfortable stay! With 2 beds, modern bathroom, well appointed kitchen, and separate cozy lounge, you'll be right at home.

Free undercover parking under the carport in the driveway for a small to medium sized vehicle.

It's a great base for your trip to Launceston and the Tamar Region!

Space

Once you enter the property you will see the lounge to the right and a separate dining room to the left. The dining room has plenty of seating for 6 and the lounge boasts a smart TV, leather couches and both heating and cooling options. You will notice there is a lean to the home which comes with the age - so we hope you love the character!

Up a step in the all you'll find your 2 bedrooms, both with comfortable queen beds. The bathroom and kitchen are located at the back of the home. The kitchen, to the left has a full sized fridge, oven and plenty of items to use. There is a LAVAZZA coffee machine, and you are welcome to purchase pods if you wish to use the machine.

The outdoor area has a BBQ, dining table and access to a small shed which houses the washing machine, drying rack, vacuum and ironing board. Please note there is no dryer at the property.

Guest Access

You will have access to the whole home, and will be able to check in at your own convenience with the key lock box.

The Neighborhood

West Launceston boasts some of the best views in Launceston. With Cuccina cafe just down the hill you are only moments from delicious coffee and meals. If you prefer a meal with a view the Gorge cafe has all you have to offer!

Getting Around

To get the most out of your stay, to be able to explore all that Launceston and its surrounds have to offer, a car is recommended. Additionally, there are many alternative options listed below:

METRO BUS SERVICE: Metro bus service provides transportation throughout Launceston and its surrounding suburbs each day. To access timetables, routes, and prices, please visit the Metro Tasmania Website.

FREE TIGER BUS: The bus travels around the city. There are bus stops located nearby outside Princes Square Park and the Launceston General Hospital. ELECTRIC SCOOTERS: You will find purple electric scooters scattered around Launceston. To access these, please download the App ‘Beam’. Please wear the helmet provided and be safe!

UBER: Uber is a popular form of transport used by many locals and tourists. To use, simply download the ‘Uber’ app on your phone and book a ride to your destination.

Please note for longer stays, an additional fortnightly mid stay cleaning charge will apply to your stay.

We do have a gardener to manage the gardens, we certainly try to work around guests, however in the event the gardener will have to attend during your stay we will endeavour to notify you.
