Your relaxing summer vacation begins at this lovely, three-bedroom multi-level contemporary on Truro's sleepy bayside.

YOUR VACATION IS OFF TO THE RIGHT START WITH SHEETS & TOWELS PROVIDED AND THE BEDS MADE!

Thoughtfully decorated with modern furnishings and beautiful artwork--including local pottery handcrafted by the owner--this bright and welcoming home has everything you need for a summer getaway including an in-ground swimming pool.

Enter the first floor foyer. This floor has two bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub/shower. One bedroom has a queen bed. The other has a queen bed and a full bed. Both first floor bedrooms have ceiling fans and ductless split unit air conditioners.

A half flight of stairs lead to up to the main living area. This bright and open space with large windows, vaulted ceiling, skylights, ceiling fan and ductless split unit air conditioner, has a living room, dining area and kitchen. The cozy living room has comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV with cable and WiFi and gas fireplace. Next to the living room is a large dining table with room for everybody. The nicely equipped kitchen has a six-burner gas range and double wall oven. There is a separate pantry with sink and plenty of storage room. There is also a half bath on this floor. A slider from the dining area leads to the deck, lovely yard and pool area.

Another half flight of stairs leads to the private and roomy master bedroom. This wonderful space with vaulted ceiling and skylights has a king bed, a desk--if you absolutely can't escape work, a cozy sitting area with flat screen TV and gas fireplace, ceiling fan, ductless split unit air conditioner and two sliders leading to an upper deck overlooking the yard, lower deck and pool. Steps from the upper deck lead to the lower main deck below. The master has an ensuite bathroom with an oversized luxury shower.

The interior of this wonderful home is only rivaled by the beautifully maintained grounds. The large deck, accessed by a slider from the dining area, has a table and chairs, a gas grill and additional seating. You may never want to leave the lovely in-ground pool. Swim, soak and sunbathe without ever leaving the property. Outdoor shower (not enclosed) near pool. NOTE: The pool is not heated.

The home sits on a private .75 acre lot with a rolling lawn off the back of the house in a very quiet neighborhood.

Comforts including ductless split unit air conditioners in the bedrooms and main living area, cable, WiFi, washer/dryer in the lower level, gas grill, outdoor shower (not enclosed), in-ground pool.

If you do venture from the property--you won't even need a beach sticker! Less than a five-minute walk and you will find yourself at Great Hollow Beach (less than 0.3 mi from the property--one-minute by bike). This beautiful Cape Cod Bay beach is an ideal spot for swimming, sunbathing, beachcombing and strolling along the shore. Head down to the beach in the evening for amazing sunsets and sparkling Provincetown views.

Short drive to all the best of Truro including wonderful restaurants, shops, galleries, Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, trails and sites plus tastings at Truro Vineyards of Cape Cod (four-minute drive), live musical performances at Payomet Performing Arts Center (six-minute drive), tours of Highland (Cape Cod) Lighthouse (six-minute drive). Head into Provincetown--just a fifteen-minute drive--for shops, galleries, restaurants, live entertainment and fun on the water including whale watches and fishing charters. Ten-minute drive to Wellfleet for the town's famous oysters, galleries and shops.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.

We liked everything! The house is lovely and very welcoming and comfortable. The layout was great and the location made trips to the beach convenient. We enjoyed staying in a house rather than a cabin especially because of my husband's allergy to molds. Our family rents multiple houses for a yearly gathering/reunion and this home is perfect for my husband and I and our son (with family).
