Surpassed expectations

Super comfortable bed and pillows, quiet, modest yet spacious living/dining area. Really delighted to stay here among friendly neighbours. We felt very welcome.

Location was a little out of the way....but we enjoyed the quiet. We will probably try to stay here again on our next visit.

Clean, comfortable, convenient

A very nice apartment. Fully equipped and clean. I enjoyed the extra touches like snacks and oatmeal. The grounds are lovely too — a perfect desert sanctuary.

Great place

The place had a great vibe. If you are looking for a quiet spot away from the big city, this is the place. You will need to travel 1-2 hours to reach most locations. This location is somewhat right in the middle of things. However, the vibe and the tranquility outweigh that downside. Next time, I want to try out the pool area.

Nice stay

We had no issues. The property is in a sort of remote area. We were visiting friends in the area so we didn't spend much time in the rental. The bed was great. The area is very quiet even with a small airport close by. Saw skydivers and hot air balloons.

Peaceful

No one bothered us, the pool is not near by in case you’re wanting to use it but that was the only downside. It’s at least a 5 minute drive to civilization in any direction and we quite preferred that. The weather was beautiful including the brief and occasional lightning/thunderstorms. Everything in the apartment functions as it should, it’s clean, it’s prepped for bugs, the bed is comfortable, the furniture is comfortable and it’s nice to park in a covered area right in front of your door.

Not good

The apt was well over 90 degrees. Took nearly 4 hours to cool. There was evidence of insect/spider activity all over. Including eggs and droppings. Spider the size of a half dollar was removed from the bedroom. The host was unreachable for when I needed assistance with questions.

Great Place to Relax!

We arrived and enjoyed the contactless entrance to our casa. The apartment was clean, well decorated and comfortable. The kitchen area included full size refrigerator, stove and microwave and was well stocked including assorted teas, coffee, sweeteners and a complete spice rack! In addition the apartment had plenty of closets and storage and had a full stock of paper goods and toiletries. It was nice to have a new Roku TV that we could enjoy streaming on rather than scrolling through hundreds of tv channels! The location is peaceful and we met many permanent residents and other guests while strolling the Oasis Courtyard. It was very hot while we were there so we really appreciated the well working air conditioner! It was well worth the price and we would enjoy another stay!
