Welcome to 2024! Hopefully, travel and happiness are here for everyone.

Our 8 years old, beautiful property is located in Charlottetown and 10 mins away from the city shopping area. There is plenty of safe and secure car parking spots available.

A fully equipped kitchen, clean washroom with dryer-washer, and beautiful living and dining area are plus points.

Air Conditioner installed in the living room. Total 4 Double size beds.

Just 15 mins away from Brackley Beach and 5 mins away from the Airport.

Its a very well equipped duplex close to everything. The owner was quite helpful. We would stay there again.

First trip to PEI

Property was as advertised. Close to many beaches which was great. Could use a few more pots and pans and cooking utensils but that's a minor thing.

We stayed at this property for a couple nights while in PEI with our toddler. This house is very close the airport (10 minutes drive), and it is in a very quiet neighborhood. We didn’t hear any noise at night and our child slept well. We were able to drive to anywhere we wanted to visit. The house is overall very clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable. There is no TV, which does not really bother us. The host is very responsive and helpful. Overall we had a great time in PEI. A few improvements I would suggest: - the bedroom curtains are not blackout. Luckily we brought our own blackout cover so our toddler can stay sleep. - some items appear very used - like some kitchen utensils and towels.

Comfortable stay

We needed a place close to, but not in Charlottetown. This was perfect. Quiet community, comfortable beds. Everything was clean, but there could be some touch ups done to look better. No TV, but I was fine with that.

Clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed

The property is in a nice neighborhood, very clean and comfortable. Even though its close to the airport (why we picked it due to our midnight flight arrival) we didnt hearany airplanes. Absolutely would recommend this property and will be staing here agin.

Clean and Comfortable

This place is just outside of Charlottetown - about 15 minutes from downtown. It was a quiet and nice neighbourhood. There were a few dishes in the cupboard and all the small appliances you need. The house is clean and there were towels and sheets and blankets. I would stay here again.

Milton Station

Comfotable, clean and completely adequate as a base camp for exploring PEI. I could see staying for a week. Well equipped. Only exception being some of the dining chairs are bar height. A little pricey for not being close to waterfront or view.

A duplex located in a very quiet area. It was about 15 minutes away from downtown but only 5 mins to shopping, restaurants, groceries, etc... Everything was clean. Having amenities like washer, dryer, bbq is amazing. On the downside, AC would be a plus. The dehumidifier provided while bringing down the humidity, actually heats the room on an already hot day.

Good Stay

Overall the stay was good, we were a bit surprised there was no TV, and found a dehumidifier hooked up to the kitchen sink, which was surprising as well. The place was clean, but there was a shortage of dishes, there were only four cups and plates and a couple few glasses. So we had to get paper plates etc for when we ate, as there were 6 of us. Overall though the place was nice and in a very pleasant neighborhood.

Improvements

Good overall. However, suggestions for improvement are: Small portions of condiments eg creamers, sugar, etc. No dehumidifiers on kitchen counter Replace the queen size mattress, could feel the springd Provide kitchen towels and dish clothes Provide a tv in the livingroom Overall with these improvements, we would love to stay again.

This house is nice. It is very dark, and not stocked with anything in the kitchen. We had one small cooking sheet, and one frying pan. You cannot cook in this house. The lights are very dim. We had to call and ask for more towels as they only had 4 for 5 people for 2 days. The host was easily reachable and sent more over. The location is good, it just needs some things to make it more home like. There is no TV. Overall, it fit everyone, and location is nice.

Property not ready for rental

We had numerous problems with this rental. The listing promised a 5 pm check in and a grill. We came at 7 with a ready meal for the bbq. But there was no bbq. The owner later told us this must be arranged in advance. In other words, the description of the property is false. We arrived hungry and wanted to make a meal. But the dishwasher was still running, so dishes (very limited) were not available. And the available cookware did not include pots, only two frying pans. So no rice, soup, or corn. Again, a false description. We were driving from Nova Scotia. Had a message from the owner that the door code would be sent before our arrival. But it came, only after a message from us, one hour after the check in hour. There were numerous small problems, but let me mention one in particular. There are four wired contacts for smoke detectors in the property. But ALL of the units are missing. Just wires waiting for a smoke detector. What is the code in PEI? I don't know. But this seems like a code violation. We met Lokesh. He's a nice guy, but he recently bought this place and I'm not sure he has got the whole show working right. The morning we left we even ran out of toilet paper. Not a first class act, but a first class price. Lokesh is a decent guy and PEI is a nice place, but maybe you should pass on this property until everything is straightened out.

Convenient property

No significant issues for us. The property is just outside of Charlottetown and conveniently located. The price was fair given the cost of a hotel in high season. 3 bedrooms and we had 6 people staying in all. It appeared to us that the unit was set up to rent rooms to college students in the Fall. Communications with the owner were very good. Our only issues (minor) involved things such as inadequate number of glasses, and kitchen items etc, for the 6 guests that could be accommodated. The dining room table was strange as the chairs were too high to be able to sit at it. Also some cleanliness issues with some of the pots and pans, some dust etc. but by know means a major concern. Overall we were happy.

Beautiful, spacious accommodations

Stayed in this property for one night with the family. Living area was extremely spacious and very clean and tidy. Big bathroom and comfy beds. Property is a short drive away from downtown Charlottetown. Property manager Lucky was very responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Would recommend this property to anyone spending some time in PEI.
