Why rent a hotel room when you can have all the comforts of home in this charming 1 bedroom, 1 bath ocean block condo in North Ocean City, with a fully equipped kitchen and only a few steps to the beach! Enjoy morning coffee from your cozy balcony which has peeks of the ocean, and always carries the soothing sounds of the waves. The comfortable living room is open to the dining area and the beautifully renovated kitchen. The bathroom has also been updated featuring a modern tiled shower and tub. This building has an elevator allowing easy access to transport groceries, luggage or a tired soul after a day of fun in the sun. When you've had enough of the beach, rinse off at the outside shower and enjoy some time at the outdoor pool. When it's time to get some sleep and rejuvenate, there is a queen bed to comfortably sleep two. Additional bedding includes a double sleep sofa in the living room. Sea Time is ideally located just a short walk or bike ride to popular eateries, mini golf, walking trails and sunset views at Northside Park, plus just minutes to the Delaware border for parks, beaches and shopping. Unit has a washer/dryer combo. Roku Smart TV's in living room and bedroom have Amazon Prime and are streaming only. This condo rents any 3 nights.
Guest must supply bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include a sheet set for the bed and a towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Non-Smoking, Non-Vaping No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

stay was decent, small and good for couple. My only issue was someone having a key to the unit and trying to enter to spray for bugs and then finding cockroaches in the unit.

Perfect Weekend Get Away

My spouse and I had a fantastic stay here. Quiet and clean condo, close to the beach, the pool was well maintained and within walking distance to golf! A perfect little get away! Would definitely stay there again!

Very comfortable stay for single person or couple.

Nice stay on 136th. Need to bring own towels, paper towels, and bedding. I alerted property management company of a chair cushion that was torn, otherwise it was clean and well maintained. Convenient to have in-unit washer and dryer.

Close to the beach

The balcony was nice, the short walk to the beach nicer. Kinda felt like we were staying at a relatives home considering the amount of the owner’s personal property in every closet, cabinet and most drawers. If you are looking to put your things away, I would look elsewhere.

The check-in was terrible. We were staying for OC music festival and thought our rental would be near where we check in. (Communicated this on the phone) then we get told it’s 15 minutes further away. The man who gave us our packet misled us with his directions so we ended up at an obviously occupied house. Had to call emergency after hours number which was little help. Then we finally wack in and it smelled of mold and mildew so bad we all started sneezing. Had to take allergy meds the whole time. Thankfully we were only there to sleep otherwise I would have needed to find a hotel somewhere. Bad enough they have zero sheets, toilet paper, dish soap, normal sized garbage can, etc. but the fan didn’t work in the living room and the bathtub had hair in it when we first walked in. Gross. Tried to have this discussion with the receptionist on check out and she was rude and unapologetic before I even got the first issue handled. Will NEVER book with central reservations again. (Are they really allowed to contact me directly to have me pay them the second half of my payment? Because they threatened to cancel my reservation if I didn’t. How is this allowed on Vrbo???) I stay in rental properties about 4-6 times a year and I have never left a bad review before. Seriously. Stay away. Gave them two stars because the beach is close and the neighbors are quiet. Central Reservations should have tried to make this right instead of dismissing me. Nothing about this rental was comfy/special.

Great By Day, Rough By Night

Overall we loved our stay. The condo was clean and centrally located. The only problem was that the bed mattress was way too firm. It was like sleeping on an ironing board. We had to take the mattress off of the sleeper sofa and put it on top of the bedroom mattress. It was smaller than the bedroom mattress. It was also a hassle to drive many blocks the wrong direction to pick up the key and then return it. Then you had to go back the way you just came to get to the condo or head home. Everything else was great.

Great spot needs some improvements

Great location, has a pool, easy beach access, close easy parking. Check in was easy and our place was ready an hour earlier which was nice. I do wish they would invest in digital codes for onsite locks that way you don’t have to drive to the office first and then over to the place. That was annoying during check out having to drop the keys back off. When we got to the condo the smell of cleaning chemicals was obnoxious and we had to air it out. There were at least 3 flies which ok they can get in I get but they shouldn’t be there on arrival. There was a black garbage with trash left in the living room I assume from housekeeping? The trash in kitchen was not changed and there was food in the freezer and fridge when we arrived. We disposed of all of it ourselves. The bed in the bedroom was rock hard it was like sleeping on the ground. We ended up using the pull out couch and couch to sleep on for the week. The owner has personal stuff everywhere even under the bed. We still had a nice vacation however I wouldn’t rent here again just based on the trash, flies, chemical smell and rock hard unsleepable bed. Thankfully it was just nmy husband myself and baby otherwise if we had 2 other adults with us idk where we would have been able to sleep all week.

55th Anniversary Stay

We enjoyed our stay at Seatime. Even though the weather was not good, it felt good to be in the unit. It was well furnished and had everything we needed.

Beach time for me

Needed a few days to myself on the beach. This property was the perfect location as the beach was what I wanted. Steps to the beach! Clean condo had everything needed. There was a pool but I never made it there. Weather was ideal. 9-5 on beach each day. I will be back!

Check in went awesome, ever go into the condo an hour early! Condo was clean and updated very close to the beach in a quite complex.
