We invite you to experience "Petana Country Cottage", located just a 15 minute drive from the historical township of Milton NSW. This Monet Giovanni inspired property provides a relaxing and luxurious experience with a water lilly pond, Japanese Zen garden, fire pit and uninterrupted views of the ancient landscape of escarpments creating the perfect backdrop for your next escape.



Unwind and immerse yourself in nature "Petana Country Cottage" is nestled amongst the greenery providing a sense of seclusion and chic country living.



While you're out exploring the picturesque gardens don't forget to say hello to our farm animal friends and check to see if Za Za and Eva the chicks have laid an egg or two. Stop by and say hello to Bab's and Barry our happy go lucky pig's and all of her other friends too! Pop by the veggie patch for some fresh produce for dinner while the kids and your family dog play in the fully fenced yard.



Petana is perfect all year round, this beautifully built mud brick home keeps cool in summer and the wood fire giving you a warm and cosy vibe in winter, allowing you to enjoy your country get away all year round. With large windows and comfortable lounges, you can snuggle up and take in the spectacular views of Pigeon House Mountain and the Budawang Ranges, no matter what the weather is doing outside.

Bedroom 3: 1 x Queen Bed - 2 King single trundles - Oil Heater - Beautiful views

Bathroom: Shower, vanity and toilet.

Lounge room with both Eastern and Western facing windows, giving you breathtaking views of the gardens, Pigeon House Mountain and the Budawang Ranges.



Studio:

Common Area: 1 x King Bed - Electric Heater

Loft Bedroom 1: Double bed

Loft Bedroom 2: 2 x Single Beds

Bathroom: Shower, toilet and vanity

Kitchenette.



To make your stay even more enjoyable here at Petana, serviced linen is provided, all you will need to pack are beach towels, should you wish to visit one of the many stunning beaches we have on the South Coast.



Guests are required to bring all personal, pantry and toiletry items as minimal items are supplied and vary at each property. This includes toilet paper.



Please note a Pre-Authorisation form will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. This form is mandatory and will need to be completed prior to you receiving your access instructions. Please call our office directly if you have any questions or concerns regarding this.



This property does have complimentary Wifi. Please note: Mollymook Milton Holidays will not be held liable for any outages or shortages with internet services.



Just 30 minutes drive west, is Clyde River Berry Farm, Open December/January where you can pick your own berries and browse delicious jams and local bush honey.
