The space :

✦ You will have access to the entire chalet including the outdoor spaces. The outdoor fire area and the spa are available year-round

✦ There are 3 bedrooms on the Garden level:
Bedroom A: One Queen Bed
Bedroom B: One Queen Bed
Bedroom C: One Queen Bed with attached toilet
In addition, the sofa in the reading area is a Futon and can be used as an extra bed.

✦ There are 2 full bathrooms. One offers a glass shower and one offers a bath. There is a bathroom on the ground floor.

✦ The spa is located outside under the balcony.
A relaxation and reading area is on the garden level.

✦ When you book with us, you receive a Guest Manual that contains instructions for enjoying the chalet, as well as nearby shops, restaurants, and things to do.

* CAMERAS *
There are security cameras outside the chalet that overlooks the entrance.
Parties are FORBIDDEN at the chalet. We also have a Noise Aware sound device to alert us if the sound level reaches a limit. We are counting on you to maintain a good relationship with the community at Domaine du Cerf.

*FIREPLACE / LOGS*
There is an indoor fireplace and an outdoor fireplace at your disposal. I provide around 20 logs, so if you want to make multiple fires. you should bring some wood. You can buy some near the chalet, I will send you the address prior to your arrival.
The fire pit is not accessible from November until April.
In winter: If you want to use the outdoor fireplace It is your responsibility to clear the access.

*HOT TUB*
The hot tub is at your disposal all year long. You just need to bring your own towels for the hot tub.
Les partys sont interdits. Des dispositifs de détection de bruit excessif sont installés à l'intérieur et l'extérieur du chalet. Nous tenons à garder une bonne entente avec nos voisins et la communauté du Domaine du Cerf

*MUNICIPAL REGULATIONS*
You must respect the regulations put in place by the municipal council. It is forbidden to practice any outdoor activity that may generate noise between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. the next morning. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when outside. Guests cannot bring their own boats and put them on the lake. Thank you for understanding.

• Rules for Dog Friendly:
CATS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. We accept a maximum of 1 dog under certain strict conditions and only with our authorization. We are animal lovers but have had bad experiences in the past with owners who disrespect our property, thank you for your understanding.
๏ Additional costs: $ 200 per stay per dog
๏ We do not accept young dogs under 1 year old.
๏ Your dog must be "clean", must not climb on furniture and access bedrooms at all times.
๏ Your dog must not cause noise nuisance for the neighbors.
๏ Guests must pick up dog droppings at all times and keep the yard clean.
