Convenient Quiet Neighborhood

Lovely basement suite, clean and roomy. Location was easy to find and get to. Owner communication was 100%. Answered any questions within minutes.

The house was great. What you see is what you get. Instructions were clear. House was clean and ready when I was told it was. It’s 3.5kms to commonwealth stadium. Ubers were cheap to and from event. Even rode the electric scooters too and from the one night. Overall great place, would book again

Great location

We had a great stay here. Everything was clean and the suite was quiet, private, comfortable, and the host was very accommodating. The view across the street is stunning along the river, and there are great walking paths.

Good stay

We enjoyed our time here. The owner was super friendly, helpful and nice. Location was stunning! One of my favourite areas of Edmonton in the summer. Overall we had a good stay. It could have been a bit cleaner as there was dust on the side tables next to the couch and under the king size bed didn’t look too clean either but those things didn’t bug us. Also there was a bit of a ant problem in the suite, i mentioned it to the owner and he was very fast to reply and offered to help right away but we weren’t too bothered by it as well and we just wanted to have a peaceful stay and not worry about that so we didn’t ask for them to come get rid of them. I’m assuming he took care of the problem after we left :) thank you for letting us stay at your home!

Great Place to stay - two bedroon spacious upend Basement Suite

The stay in this Basement Suite was Sweet, starting with the Owner's delicate and attentive to detail welcome and accessibility at all times was phenomenal and superb!!! The place was immaculate and very well equipped and furnished with all the amenities and consumables one can imagine - this was a great surprise to find that we could make a complimentary cup of coffee immediately after checking in along with !!! Without having to unpack our stuff… The place was super spacious, comfortable, clean to stay; my Son enjoyed our 6-day stay a LOT!!! As well, the owner accommodated us to park three vehicles as a special favor for our needs and wants - GREAT HOSTING and flexibility… We highly recommend this place!!!

HIDDEN GEM

Every now and then in one’s travel, you happen upon a VRBO rental that stands out among the rest. This home is not only modern and extremely clean, it’s spacious, well lit and well equipped. The furnishings and bed were exceptionally comfortable. The homes location was spot on wonderful. So very scenic and picturesque on the edge of the river valley situated in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Check in and check out were extremely easy and with great instructions and communication with the owner. As a matter of interest, when I inquired if there was red wine glasses to be had, the owner went over and above by immediately having a pair of ornate red wine glasses placed on the counter waiting for our arrival. Everything is better than described.
