Step into this beachfront hotel room in Atlantic City that combines the comforts you crave from a vacation rental with the service you deserve from a hotel. In partnership with the iconic Showboat, CozySuites is proud to offer guests a stylish newly renovated hotel room. This hotel is perfect for not only families, who can enjoy the beach and America's longest boardwalk literally right downstairs, but also a group of friends, who can take advantage of our excellent location!
The Space:
We have multiple CozySuites units in this building and each one is unique. Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos.
This hotel unit is suitable for four, perfect for both leisure or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay alongside direct beach and Boardwalk access. There is nothing like it in all of Atlantic City!
Great amenities are:
- Direct beachfront and boardwalk access
- Bike & umbrella rentals available downstairs on the boardwalk
- Washer dryer on each floor. You can pay by app at $2/load
- Smart-TV with streaming apps installed!
- Complimentary coffee
- Fitness center access
- 1 complimentary parking per reservation

Wheelchair accessibility: some units are accessible so please ask us in advance to ensure you have an accessible 1st floor unit!

Guest Access:
Guest have access to the entire unit and all of the building amenities.
The Neighborhood:
The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are:
- Absecon Lighthouse
- Atlantic City Aquarium
- Marine Mammal Stranding Center
- Renaissance Plaza
- Brigantine Town Center
Getting Around:
The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs!
Other Things to Note:
Please know that all Cozy Suites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500.
No smoking, parties

$500 penalty for removing smoke detectors
No outside guests without permission
One towel per guest per stay
Valid photo ID required to complete the booking

ESA (Emotional Support Animal): A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.
To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.
Important note: The information is collected for verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:
1. 22 years old for out of town guests
2. 25 years old for local guests
No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.
