We had a wonderful time at this cottage. The place is welcoming, clean, well appointed and has a great view. I will definitely book again!

Fantastic summer retreat

Accomodations had everything we needed in the kitchen, basic spices like salt and pepper, spray on oil, all pots pans and trays. Had bbq equipment as well.Few mosquitoes thanks to lack of stagnant water and the river (lakes have more mosquitoes!). WiFi worked very well throughout. Be aware that cell reception is very poor and you'll be relying on the wifi.Loved our stay, might try to book with Ram next year as well!

Weekend get away

We had a great time at Ram’s cottage. The home is beautiful and the property is very well maintained. We had some rain and therefore issues with the wifi, but Ram was very accessible and helpful. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

I had a very nice experience at the cottage.First and foremost, the owners were very receptive to my questions all summer. I booked early at the beginning of the season for an end-of-August stay, and they were always quick to reply.I initially thought the cottage was bigger, but that was just my perception.The spa was clean and ready to use. For peace of mind, I checked it myself with a strip, and it was perfectly balanced.I would recommend adding another air conditioner on the main floor, but otherwise, I definitely recommend this place. The river leads to Lac Poisson Blanc, and there’s a nice boat launch less than 10 minutes from the cottage, as well as a small town nearby.I would go back! :)Thanks Ram ! (The owner)

Fall colours SXS weekend.

The cottage was all that we needed. Took some figuring out on how to work the hot tub as it was in “sleep” mode, but manage to bring up temp which was great when we came back on Saturday night after our ride. Note not all consoles connected to TVs and actually no batteries in the remote for the basement TV so let just say the kids entertained themselves with their tablets instead and played board games. Aside from that everything worked and all went well.

Amazing week

We had an amazing week!! The property is beautiful!! The only negative was that we had no cleaning spray? Also no oils sugar or spices to cook with. We were missing a measuring cup and measuring spoons to do any kind of baking. I ended up driving to mount laurier to buy because I love baking ❤️ This was the only negative! Other then that we had an amazing time! We got a lot of use out of the two kayaks provided. The water was amazing 🤩 we even caught a few fish 🐟 Thankyou so much for letting us stay we hope to return one day!

Pleasant place to stay with family

Our experience started out rocky, but got better. The driveway is very steep and when we arrived it was freshly plowed of snow… leaving behind a solid sheet of ice. Coming down to a parking spot we slide right into the snowbank and damaged the grille of our 4x4 SUV. Our only complaint is that the owner took no responsibility for the icy drive way and didn’t warn us before hand… this is the problem with STRs that are owned by people that don’t live in the area. Besides this, the sat was very nice. Bring your own entertainment, the smart TV is very old and operates painfully slow, but the decent WiFi makes up for it. Hot tub is great, beds are comfortable. Watch out for ice and enjoy your stay.

très belle endroit, très propre. Je recommande ce chalet a tous. Par contre, je rajouterais un frigidaire car a 6 personne, cest un peu petit. Mais wow, que de beauté ce Lac du poisson Blanc.

English below Nous avons passé un séjour des plus agréables dans ce cottage. L'endroit était propre et bien équipé, répondant à tous nos besoins pour quelques jours de détente. Les couchages supplémentaires étaient effectivement disponibles sous la forme de canapés confortables. Nous avons apprécié la belle nature environnante. C'est une bonne adresse que nous recommandons vivement. English: We had a delightful stay at this cottage. The place was clean and well-equipped, meeting all our needs for a few days of relaxation. The additional sleeping arrangements were indeed available in the form of comfortable sofas. We enjoyed the beautiful surrounding nature. It 's a good place that we highly recommend.

very nice place!

the cottage was great and very beautiful, Ram provided all the information needed for us to have a smooth stay. the river water is great for swimming though there is grass in the shallower parts. the thing that makes it a 4 star and not 5 is that the ac was set very high and it was very hot inside the cottage and we had no way to increase the temperature.
