- a nipa hut is available outside the house to relax and rejuvenate (small parties can be held in the nipa hut as well pls see pictures here)
- the backyard and frontyard has greens, fruit bearing trees and flowers
- outside the gate you need to walk half a block to the main road where the transportation are there. Tricycles, motorelas or jeepneys to commute around the city.
- near to schools like Lourdes College High School, Xavier University, Corpus Cristi, Montessori School, South City Central, etc
- near to Cogon Market and malls
- The house has five bedrooms. You will be renting the four rooms. The fifth room is our storage room.

This place is in Downtown, Cagayan de Oro City so it will be only minutes away to the malls, restaurants, shops, churches and wet markets. If you want accessibility for commute and less time travelling, this is the place for you.
