As you drive out of the village of Creemore and continue up hill you will pass beautiful custom built homes as you round the bend and climb higher and higher. As you reach the crest of the hill and the road flattens out in front of you come upon the inviting driveway of the subject property. As you progress along the driveway your eye is drawn to the beautiful home that sits upon a 1.6 acre lot with mature trees, a new hot tub, an expansive and well-kept lawn area, fire pit, and stand alone double garage. As you exit your vehicle you can't help but gaze out from atop the hill and take in the magnificent rolling countryside that stretches out in front of you to a distant horizon. The feeling of calm satisfaction you get from being somewhere truly special continues as you enter the home and appreciate both the fully renovated farmhouse that has retained period details and also the newly built addition that adds modern luxury in an extremely spacious way and includes a master bedroom suite as well as lower level with a polished concrete floor and a soaring ceiling height. You have now arrived at a little piece of heaven atop the hills of creemore - pls settle in for a relaxing stay , we know that you are going to absolutely love it here !

large wrap around outdoor deck area with sectional outdoor couch, additional couches and chairs, dining table with seating, and multiple muskoka chairs, fire pit.

Location: By car (as per map quest): 3 mins to Creemore, 22 mins to Collingwood, 27 mins to Wasaga Beach , 37 mins to Barrie, close proximity to ski clubs including Devils Glenn (13 mins) , Mansfield (16 mins), Osler (25 mins), Craigleith (35 mins), Georgian Peaks (36 mins), Alpine (37 mins).
House rules: please note this is a family orientated property and the intent is for guests to enjoy the property in a relaxed way that does not include parties nor excessive noise so as to respect both the property and the neighbouring properties.
Please note that once made, bookings are firm ie there is no cancellation - though if you need to change dates we can accommodate this, subject to availability.
