This beautiful home is located in the community of Seton in Southeast Calgary. It is very close to South Health Campus, the largest YMCA with Waterpark, and steps away from one of the best playgrounds in the city.

This beautiful open concept home is equipped with everything you will need for your stay including cutlery, pots and pans as well as baking essentials. Traveling with pets and or children this house has a fenced yard, and a large furnished deck. Has two large flat screens with telus tv, netflix, and a Nintendo game console.

This three plus one bedroom house has a bonus room upstairs, as well as an office on the main floor. With a King size bed in the primary bedroom, a King in the second bedroom, two doubles in the third, this home can sleep 10 people.

The primary bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom with an oversized bath tub and a large outdoor balcony.

The upstairs bonus room has a large flat screen smart TV and sectional; Perfect to relax and watch Netflix, DisneyPlus or YouTube or telus tv.

The second bedroom can host two adults with a King mattress.

The third bedroom is perfect has two double beds.

There is a infrared sauna and a large desk. There is also a double pull-out cabinet bed.

Currently no access to basement or garage.

Katie’s home was great. Very clean and modern. Lots of amenities near by. Blow dryer broke and had Katie new one delivered next day. Great communication and host.

Beautiful home, great location!

Katie was absolutely wonderful to deal with, she made my first VRBO booking a breeze. She was easy to communicate with, checked in to make sure everything was going great & even left some ice cream treats for us.Her home is beautiful, clean, priced fairly and close to many amenities. I will definitely book with her again should I ever need accommodations in Calgary again.Thanks for a great stay!

Comfort stay at Calgary

Our host was very accommodating. Allowed us to check in a little earlier than scheduled. the apartment had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. This will definitely be my go to stay in when I'm in Calgary with the family.

Anniversary weekend!

Our family of three stayed here and loved it! The inside of the house was immaculate. Our only feedback is the patio could have used a quick wipe down to get rid of some spider webs - although there seemed to be a lot in the neighborhood anyways, haha. The nearby park was awesome for our little one to explore. We also visited the Zoo and Callaway Park which were quick drives being close to the highway. Also a great Superstore and shopping area nearby. The host Katie was great to communicate with and very welcoming! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful stay

Katie was an amazing host. Very easy to reach. Her home was very clean and welcoming. We had our family Easter weekend there (well 6 nights) There was 7 adults and a baby. She had a playpen and high chair which made it much easier for my daughter and son in law travelling with their daughter. It was super Easy to check in. She allows pets which made it that much more wonderful for us as we were able to bring our fur babies which of course completes the family when they can come along. We would recommend anyone staying in Calgary to stay at her home. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Katie for making our stay wonderful!!

You will not regret staying here!

Katie was such a lovely host and was very accomodating. The house was beautiful, spacious and clean. It was so nice spending time with my family here with the amount of room and space to accomodate 5 adults and two large dogs. We utilized the bbq but didnt have time to try out the sauna!Parking was easy to find in the front. Overall a perfect stay for me family!

Family time in southeast Calgary

Spent the weekend with our son and his kids. Nice neighborhood with a great community playground. Easy access to Stoney Creek and Deerfoot. Worried about there only being street parking, but it was not a problem. Host was extremely helpful.

Very Pretty Place

I stayed at this place for 3-4 days and the experience was so good. The host was really welcoming And respectful The house is really well maintained and spacious with big windows. We had a small family get together and everyone enjoyed alot. The stay was awesome. I would love to give five out of five stars for this place. Thankyou.

Cozy House - Short Term Stay

We stayed here while we moved houses and had a gap in the middle. Katie is a great host - communicates well, responded to a small issue quickly and is very friendly and helpful. Only downside is the on street parking can be busy at times but is manageable.
