View of Gulf Beach and Canal! Close to everything! - Reel Views DI

Reel Views DI is a three-bedroom and two-bath beach house in walking distance of the gulf beaches. This location is great and the home has terrific furnishings, a comfortable layout with an open floor plan, a great hang-out space underneath, and everything you need for your beach vacation. Enjoy views of the Gulf of Mexico from your front porch and a view of one of the Dauphin Island Canals, where you can watch boats and fishermen start and end their fishing journeys. The closest gulf beach access is just 400 feet from your driveway!

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is NOT pet friendly.

Lovely way to visit Dauphin Island

Lovely little house with a great kitchen set up and easy communication with the rental host. Would recommend for those who are looking for a budget way to stay on Dauphin Island with close access to beach.

Perfect Spot on the Island!

This home was the perfect size in the perfect spot for our family of five. Quick walk to both sides of the island. The home could use a deep clean but was comfortable and homey for our week at the beach.

Family Vacation

This house was perfect for my family and was just across the street from the ocean side beach. Watching the sun rise or listening to the ocean waves on the porch was perfect!

Perfect family house

Wonderful views of gulf and canal, can hear the waves from porch! Huge front porch and wonderful outdoor furniture! Had everything we needed for beach and cooking at home. Loved sitting on the porch in the morning with coffee. We WILL be back and highly recommend to anyone coming down to Dauphin Island!

Fun Family Vacation

We had a great stay at this property. Family with teen and two small kids. You’re just steps to the beach. The front porch is perfect to relax and listen to the waves any time of day. The neighborhood is quiet. Honestly, if we could buy this house we would cause it’s a perfect location. The property does need a few updates but everything was comfortable for us.

Great Property in Great Location

The house was even nicer and cleaner than expected or described. We thought it was a great value and had tons of room for a family of 3 but could have easily accomidated a much larger family. Great porch and literally 2 minute walk from either beach. Plenty of household items and appliances that we did not expect so we brought way too much that we didn't even need. If we ever stay on Dauphin Island again this house will be top of list to check. Even better than much more expensive places we have rented on Cape San Blas. I like the CSB beaches better but it has gotten way overpriced. Good experience for accomodations made DI a much better trip than I hoped!

The Perfect Beach House

We absolutely loved this beach house! Everything is exactly as pictured and described in the listing. The house was meticulously clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. I loved the pantry for storing food & snacks. The beds were very comfortable. Our grands enjoyed having their own space. The porch was wonderful for enjoying the Gulf breeze. We had beautiful views of the Gulf as well as the Ms. Sound. We had a great time looking along the Sound side for shells. The short walk over to the beach was easy. The beach wagon was wonderful to load up & pull over for the day. We enjoyed our stay at Reel Views DI. Hopefully we can return on a future trip to the beach!

July Family Beach Vacation

This property is located very close to public beach access. So no need to drive for a day at the beach. We also enjoyed a short walk over to the bay side. There are bike paths on the main road which was good for biking or walking. The property was just as pictures depicted on the website. The only draw back during our stay was apparently the group before us didn't put out the trash as instructed so we looked at an overfilling trash can most of the week and also left a broken canopy out by the house. We did have problems with ants in the kitchen area by sink & stove. Called about that & no one came to spray. The house cleaner also left used rags on the nightstand & bath in the master bedroom when we got there for check in. If you have a larger party you may want to check on the island restrauants that take reservations. It was a good home for 3 couples & 2 kids.
