LADY DORIS is a modern 5 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 12 guests with plenty of room for everyone!

UPSTAIRS:

Modern open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric oven and ceramic cooktop. Nespresso coffee machine (BYO pods), dining table, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, lounge with large smart TV, no DVD player, 1 x 3 seater lounge and 1 x 2.5 seater lounge, coffee table, sliding door leads out to balcony with outdoor setting and hooded BBQ, sea glimpses.

Main bedroom, fan/light, TV, built in robe, ensuite with dual sink vanity, shower and w/c.

Extra vanity and w/c.

DOWNSTAIRS:

Lounge area with large smart TV, no DVD player, 1 x 3 seater lounger and 2 lounge chairs, coffee table, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner.

4 bedrooms all with fan/lights, one bedroom with QB has a TV.

Bathroom with vanity, walk in shower and w/c.

Laundry with front loading washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board. Clothesline in rear fully enclosed yard.

Port Vincent is the ideal location for fishing, boating and sailing, it also offers a variety of shops, cafe`, take-away & excellent hotel dining facilities.

Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen with TV, bed 2 - queen with TV, bed 3 - tri-bunk (double on bottom single on top), bed 4 - queen, bed 5 - tri-bunk (double on bottom single on top)

Linen can be hired - $38.50 for double/queen per bed, $27.50 for single per bed. Linen includes pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, 1 towel per person, 1 bath mat per bathroom and tea towels, beds will be made up for your arrival. If you would like to hire linen you will need to let office staff know and total cost will be added to your booking manually by office staff.
