Enjoy your next holiday at 'Six Lagoon' which is a four (4) bedroom, two storey townhouse located close to the heart of Nelson Bay CBD in the Lagoons Estate which is accessed via the main road; Dowling Street. This Estate allows you access to the Estates facilities of a pool and tennis court however please note, both the pool and tennis court is currently closed for maintenance. A re-opening date has not been advised.

This property is positioned in the ultimate location for holiday makers as you will have the options between taking a short drive or stroll to the surrounding attractions and activities in Nelson Bay that Port Stephens has to offer. For example, enjoy the benefits of this properties location of being within an approx. 10 minute walk or 2 minutes drive to Nelson Bay CBA where you will find; Woolworths, Boutique Stores, public transport and multiple restaurants and Cafes. Head a few minutes further and you will find yourself at Nelson Bay Marina where you can take in the sightings of the beautiful Bay of Port Stephens. You also have the option to leave the car at the holiday home and walk approx. 10-15minutes to Nelson Bay Golf Club & Nelson Bay Bowling Club and Fly Point. There is much more you can add to your to-do-list or you can simply unwind & enjoy a nice beverage and BBQ on the back patio.

This property has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. See the following features:

- Four (4) bedrooms with carpeted flooring & portable pedestal fan
- The main bedroom with queen bed, and small TV is located on the ground floor and has glass doors to lead you out onto the back patio.
- Main bedroom includes private en-suite with shower, vanity and toilet plus hair dryer
- Bedroom two (2) and four (4) has 2x single beds in each room and bedroom three (3) has 1x queen bed & glass doors to lead you onto the back balcony
- Large lounge room is located on the ground floor with 1x three seater leather lounge and 2x single leather lounge chairs
- Split System A/C Located in the ground floor lounge room & a second split system A/C located on the top level in hallway area
- Spacious kitchen includes oven, stove top, generous size fridge, dishwasher & breakfast bar
- Dining area located off the kitchen with a six seater timber dining table
- Main bathroom located on second floor with large bath tub, shower, vanity and toilet plus hair dryer
- Separate powder room located on ground level
- Laundry included with washing machine and dryer
- Back patio has decked area with BBQ and outdoor table and chairs
- Access to the garage to store items such as surf boards, bikes etc. Please note, the garage is not accessible for cars due to items being stored in this room however you can be access it through the side door.
- 1x single carport & parking in front of the garage
- Carpeted flooring throughout

This property sleeps a maximum of 6 adults and is strictly no pets and no party policy. Any breaches in C21 Terms and Conditions, penalties will apply.

Please note, the pool for this complex is closed for maintenance and cannot be accessed.

Note: this property does not include linen. You will need to bring your own bed sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, hand + tea towels. Linen can be supplied at an extra cost by an external company if requested.

Christmas get away
Property is in a brilliant location, short stroll to foreshore, short cycle or drive to Little Beach. Lots of sports equipment and bikes etc in the property to use and very well stocked kitchen. Was pretty hot upstairs being summertime, AC helped a bit but also needed pedestal fans on. Would definitely recommend staying here for families or groups of adults, large house, plenty of room and off street parking. Checkin/out was easy with out of hours key pick up/drop off.
