Our comfortable mountain and sea view 1br apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood in the Kata-Karon area. The Residence is sitting on a hillside overlooking Kata Bay and is surrounded by tropical forests. A short drive to the city center and the beach. Walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants that are on the main road to the beach area. Santosa SPA wellness center is a part of the complex and offers a nice outdoor cafe with a juice bar as well as an open-air vegetarian restaurant.
This fully air-conditioned apartment has everything you need for a great holiday. Includes a bedroom, a living room with a sofa and a TV with cable channels, kitchen and dining area. The living area opens to a private balcony where you can enjoy cool breezes. Evening times are a real treat as you sit in the living room or on the balcony and watch the incredible sunsets over Kata Beach. The kitchen is suitable for self-catering, has cutlery & kitchenware, large refrigerator, stovetop, toaster, microwave, and kettle.
Electric usage of 30 kw/day is included in the price, extra usage will be charged at 7 baht/kw. Turn off the AC and all lights when you leave.
Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for an additional fee.
Late check in is available on request free of charge.
