A bright, spacious centrally located two bedroom ground floor apartment forming part of a historical tenement within the heart of the Home of Golf, St Andrews. This accomodation is not normally available - a perfect base for the 150th Golf Open!
The adaptable and well maintained accommodation is thoughtfully furnished and comprises kitchen/diner, two good sized double bedrooms one with walk in robe and bathroom with shower and tub. If desired, the layout of the property allows for the larger double bedroom to be utilised as a separate living area. Additional benefits include a storage room, gas central heating, secure entry and prime location for access to the University, golf course, beach and local eating and drinking establishments.
Newly renovated in 2020, both bedrooms have their own desks and sitting areas, and brand new high quality OTTY mattresses with hotel standard linen. Towels and toiletries are provided. Brand new boiler installed in 2022, fully outfitted kitchen with everything you could need, washer/dryer and the town on your doorstep!
