Clean property, maybe a 2 minute walk from the water. All the amenities as advertised, and we really enjoyed the hot tub. Only 2 of us stayed there, but you could easily sleep 8-10 people if you wanted to. Would stay again

Michael’s house has plenty of room for all. The kitchen is very well equipped and everything was in good working order. We enjoyed hikes and beaching at Awenda Provincial Park. The parking passes for Awenda and Tiny Township were a really nice touch!

We were a group of 5 adults and there was lots of room for all of us, both inside the house and outside.It was well equipped with all amenities that are needed for a short or long term stay.It is a very comfortable house with lots to do.When we had a question, Michael was very quick to respond with an answer.The only thing that could have been better was the weather, but I don't think the host has any control over that.We look forward to returning.

Perfect for large families

We spent a few days during the winter. Michael was great at answering questions and trying to accommodate specific needs. Even provided a Christmas tree and a box of decorations! The house has lots of space for people to ‘spread out’, and we enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and campfire area.

Well done

This property was in a good location and was well outfitted for our stay. It seemed that some previous renters may have been a bit hard on this property (missing screens, holes in others, a few stains on the carpets, wear and tear) but this didn’t impact our stay and overall the place was still well kept and a great time. The host was very generous and easy to get a hold of. I would book here again! One thing I would change would be the beds!

Little Slice of Heaven

Really lovely property with open concept inside and grassy garden with badminton set up outside. Beautiful stoney beach right across the road and then another stunning sandy beach a 10 minute cycle away (bikes provided). Mike was very quick to respond when I had questions. The views are like nothing I've ever experienced and will never forget. From sun shining beachy days to the moon shining down on top of us around the firepit , it was hard to not feel bliss. Thank you for having us.

I have stayed in many airbnbs on my travels in destiation such as Paris, Prague, Viena, Besel, Zurich, Geneva, Krakow..... and north america. As such i have learned what tavels and vacationers are looking for and i have implemented at my cottage.
Most Importantly i take cleaning very seriously and i pay my clearner extra to make sure all linens are washed each time and on top of that i buy new linens each year to make sure you get a greath night sleep.
We provide soft and hard pillows and we provide different warmt conforter so you can choose what you prefer.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The property has virtually no mosquito. Which is insane to anyone to understand including me who has experienced cottage country elsewhere.
What makes this location amazing is that it has many world-class beaches . Awanda provincial park which is only 5 min drive has 4 amazing beaches. My cottage is surrounded by forest and closest homes are 300 ft away. There is a hiking trail right next to the cottage.
The cottage is 20 sec walk to the beach, the lake is Georgian bay which is part of Lake Huron as such you can take many boat cruise from Penetanguishene or boat excursions or boat rentals.

The cathedral ceiling in living room with big windows in the entire cottage make it a very bright and airy.
The rooms are very spacious, accommodate easily 13 people to sleep. Especially the room above the garage, which is 22 ft by 19ft is perfect for kids to be able to play together. The recreation room is big as well 28ft by 16 ft. (pool table, foosball table, white board, books, board games.
The jacuzzi has a hi fence allowing you to swim in the hot tub nude.
