Located just steps away from the tranquil shores of Lake Taupo and the bustling Two-Mile Bay Sailing Centre, this modern and stylish apartment is the perfect choice for your next holiday.

Relax in the comfortable living area complete with a heat pump for those cooler nights. And, with brand new beds, you'll be sure to get a great night's rest.
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook up a storm with ease, wake up to magnificent lake views from the master bedroom and enjoy a cup of coffee on your private balcony.
The complex also offers a pool and plenty of visitor parking for your convenience.

The apartment offers two bedrooms with various bedding configurations, making it suitable for families, couples, or friends.
• Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Size Bed
• Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds

Please note that the door to the single bedroom does not close due to an overhanging bed.

We kindly request that no parties are held at this apartment. While we welcome a few quiet drinks, this is not the property for parties. Let's respect the neighbors and ensure a peaceful stay for all.

Strictly no parties, a few quiet drinks are fine, but you must be respectful of the property and its neighbours.
This is a family home in a quiet residential area, not suitable for large groups of adults. Disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated.
When making a request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and plans for while you are in Taupō. Please note we may contact you for more information on behalf of our owners.

All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide, and be bound, by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted and are liable for any damages to the property. We have a strict no party policy (large groups, hens, stags etc.) and do not allow functions or large gatherings.
The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. Respect for neighbours regarding noise and cars must be considered, we reserve the right to terminate the contract without refund if we receive complaints.
All guests are your responsibility so please take care and parental supervision is required for all children at all times, especially around stairs, balconies, water and fires. The holiday home is not to be used as a function venue, events or activity that involve a larger number of people than stated on the maximum occupancy.
All homes are privately owned, please treat them with respect and if an incident/damage happens, report it ASAP so it can be repaired or replaced. For damages be aware that your credit card will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee.
All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were on arrival. You will have paid a compulsory cleaning fee which covers a general service clean. If the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $40.00 per hour for this.
If you use a BBQ it must be left clean, if not a $35.00 fee will be charged for cleaning.
ALL rubbish must be removed from the property on departure and cannot be left curb side unless you are vacating on collection day; failure to do this will result in a minimum charge of $40.00 for labour and council disposal fees.
The property must be left secure and safe upon your departure. Please check all windows, doors and appliances including heaters, electric blankets, elements, and sockets before you leave the property.

Comfortable accommodation close to all amenities
Great 2 Bedroom apartment plenty of room air conditioned comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms. We felt very at home and agent was kind enough to bring us a clothes area for washing. Would 100% stay again. Only negative was it was a little pricey.

Overlooking Lake Taupo
Our six day stay was brilliant. The location on Two Mile Bay was a perfect situation being only I mile from the town centre. This apartment entrance is on the first floor with the bedrooms on the second floor facing the lake ensuring maximum privacy.

Lovely apartment, great location , fantastic view. Overall absolutely loved our stay. Would love to come back and stay again.

Could be better
Overall, stay was pleasant. However there were a few issues for us: - Road marking for visitor bags are faded so barely visible at night - No wayfinding to the room - No coffee table to relax on couch with a drink - Very hot upstairs area as no Aircon is present there. The ventilation system doesn't help much at all. - The outside coffee table is in poor condition and taped up. Consider replacement - the second bedroom door doesn't close due to a bed being in the way - More chairs in the apartment than required - The outdoor handrail could be cleaner as there was bird poop and spider webs all over - The hand soap bottle in the main bedroom had water in it to make it go further. Should consider replacement instead. - Pillows were too high on the main bedroom bed, for us - The Apple TV did not work, neither was the remote - Extremely minimal provision for coffee & tea with no milk at all

Fantastic little unit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay ! Very handy having the wee garage to put our bikes in. We would stay there again! Just loved it
