We Provide Plenty of Space for You and Your Guests
Drayton Place 1A & 1B have a unique layout that makes it easy to vacation with your friends and family. The apartments are two separate units situated next to each other on the first floor. You can easily socialize with the other members of your group, or you can retreat to your own space for a little privacy. Altogether, these units sleep six people and up to two dogs.
Unit 1A is the larger unit. It accommodates four guests altogether. You can sleep in the private master bedroom with a king-size bed, and the sofa in the living room folds out to reveal a queen-size bed. Unit 1B is slightly smaller and sleeps two guests. This unit has a single spacious bedroom with a king-size bed.
Both units provide room for you to enjoy your vacation. The full bathrooms in each unit have a combined bathtub and shower with a roomy vanity. Each unit also has a spacious living room with comfortable couches and armchairs to form a seating area and tables and chairs for dining. They also offer fully-equipped kitchens where you can make tasty meals. Unit 1A has a fridge, induction burner, and toaster oven while Unit 1B has a stove, oven, and refrigerator. Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitmarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island. The Pool is open during the below dates and times.
March 1- Oct 31, Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm
*Pool will be closed for maintenance March 7, 2022 through March 11, 2022*
November 1 - February 28, Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm
Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.
