The Stephenson family at Wind Walker Homestead is happy to announce the completion of another remodel. Along with upgrades to Ranchettes 1 and 2 last year, 2025 opens with an overhaul of this space. New queen beds and frames, décor, large kitchen table & chairs, new walk-in double shower and more. This unit is over 1000 square feet, has 2 private bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and will sleep up to 11 adults/kids in a variety of beds. A fun and comfy murphy queen in the main living area along with a roll away if needed. The 2 bedrooms each have 2 new queen beds and a private bath, one with the new walk in shower mentioned. The kitchen has a dishwasher, full size fridge/freezer, dishes, and all the kitchenware needed. Travel crib if requested. A/C and central heating system in the unit. There are a few Native American ceremony sites on the property and ask that you respect these areas and not disturb. Also there are no personal firepits allowed by the units, but you can use the large firepit just west of the lawn area by the event hall or by the pool area. Also a reminder that hiking is permitted anywhere on the property, but biking is to be on the road and dirt paths. Cars, trucks and other motorized vehicles are only allowed on the gravel roads, no off road. The Spring City, Manti, Ephraim canyons are a great place to take a ride and access the Arapeen OHV/ATV trails system.

Wind Walker Homestead offers a variety of accommodations ranging from 1000 square feet, 2 bedroom/3 bath apartments, studios, glamping cottages, and shacks, but also has some wonderful spots to pitch a tent, park your camper van, or level out your 5th wheel under the stars. With 170 acres and thousands of juniper and cedar trees, you will find your unique spot under an incredible showcase of stars. You will not regret staying here. Wind Walker Homestead offers 58 beds in 3 different Ranchettes and the main Lodge. The studios are upstairs units with private outside stairs and have a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, full bathroom, queens & twins, and are about 700 square feet. The two main floor units of each Ranchette have 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and are 1000 square feet that sleep from 6-12 people in Kings, queens, and twins. The kitchens have most of the luxuries of home in our peaceful mountain valley setting.

If you want a peaceful and a fun place to stay in Sanpete county which is near Manti, Ephraim, Snow college, and the best OHV trails in the west, then check us out. Burger joints and galleries nearby. A great place for family reunions, retreats, youth groups, couples or just a quiet get-a-way for a day or a week. Bring your hiking shoes. Manti-LaSal Forest. Skyline trail is a major attraction for snow mobiling, horse and side by sides. Unit is part of a 4 unit Ranchette.
