We enjoy our stay very much. Place was very clean. Excellent view. Check in was great. The lady who checked us in gave us a tour through out the place.

Not the best place we’ve stayed

Was called to ask when we would be there, told them 2pm was told we could check in at 2:30 they didn’t show up till 3pm. Gave us a tour but lady walked so fast didn’t hear a word she said, we got to our room to find one of the windows completely shattered, I told them we didn’t do it, and they said they already knew about, why would you not say something about it to us before we got In the room, by the way it was the one window with the best view of the ocean. Also they completely lock down all doors at 11:00pm seriously are we in high school we have kids that like to walk the beach at night looking for shells, or what if we went to Disney and didn’t get back in time. Probably the worst experience we had for a rental. Condo was nice everything else was very disappointing

Relaxing Stay

We had a wonderful stay. Check in and communication was easy. Beautiful rooms and views! The back bedroom didn’t seem to have any air flow and got a bit hot at night, but that could have been user error. Overall, perfect stay!

We were in town for the Rolex 24 hour race and this was a great "home base." Unit was clean, bright, with great views! Would definitely stay again.

I have stayed at many hotels, condos, and such over the years. The majority of the time the listing that you see looks way better than reality...… THIS IS NOT THE CASE HERE! This property's listing doesn't do it justice. The property is beautiful , in a great location, and very well managed. I will definitely be back!

Couldn't have been better

The condo was very clean and basic necessities were provided. The view was great and the beds were comfortable. I loved that you could walk right on to the beach! There's a space for your vehicle in a covered garage and the whole facility is operated through fobs so it's very safe and secure. The activities on the club level were great for when it was raining. Communication with the owner was amazing! She was quick to respond, helpful, and nice. Her associates were very nice as well. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Daytona 2021

Amazing view of the beach, the "strip" and the river! We are a family that cooks a lot.... no pantry and only 1 can work in the kitchen at a time. With us 2 and 2 teenagers one more chair in the family would have been great. We will stay here again depending on how many are joining us. Nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

The property we stayed at was very clean and right on the beach. They offered beach towels and beach chairs which was an amazing bonus! The property manager was very friendly and had great communication. Definitely thinking about coming back because it was a 10/10!

Post COVID vacation

My wife and I decided to go to Daytona for a few days. We went on the Brno site and found the peck plaza condo. It was fantastic! The price was very good and the condo was beautiful.

You Will Fall in Love with the Views

My family had a wonderful stay. It’s an excellent location away from the hustle and bustle of the hotspots along the beach. The location has all the amenities you need and it is convenient to everything. The tiki bar at the hotel next-door that is open to the public is also great. The beach has food trucks and chair rentals. Once they finish the improvements on this property it will be prime. My only suggestion for the property, which has nothing to do with this rental, is that they make more use of that fabulously huge pool deck they have. But the absolute best part of these condos are the views. Absolutely perfect.

Love this property!

Our stay exceeded expectations. Easy check in and check out, good communication with property management, parking great, quality restaurant on top floor. The unit itself was clean and so nicely appointed! Decor was so nice and furniture including beds were very comfortable! Kitchen had everything we needed. Best part was the wall to wall windows, balcony and direct access to the pool and beach! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!!

A Nice Rental!

We enjoyed our time at 12BSW. The rental had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were more spacious than I expected. The kitchen are is small, but it had everything we needed for our short trip. There is a lot of construction going on throughout the property, but it was not an issue and we never heard anything. In the coming months, I feel like this place will be even better! They were working on completing a beachside tennis/basketball court area. This unit had several beach chairs that we were able to enjoy and PLENTY of towels! You might want to bring your own laundry detergent as I could not find any in the unit.
