Welcome to this magnificent glass all season Lakehouse located in Port Carling. This waterfront property on Lake Muskoka boasts 260+ feet access, with every amenity included.

This winter wonderland is a perfect luxury escape with your family and friends and has it all. Whether it be used as a hub for nearby skiing and hiking, or enjoying the beautiful scenery from the hot tub or watching the snow fall in the solarium as if you are in a snow globe, you will fall in love with the peace and serenity of Muskoka in the winter. There is a beautiful gas fireplace inside as well as outdoor fire pit to enjoy time together drinking hot chocolate and making s'mores.

Entertaining in or outdoors, is a breeze in the spacious gourmet kitchen with brand new top of the line (Wolf + Sub Zero) appliances. +1000 SF of lakeside decking and sun-dock for summer enjoyment complete with brand new hot tub overlooking the lake. The modern and spacious boathouse (+1500 SF) has been completely redesigned and now offers an enclosed lakeside entertainment and bar and with roll up glass doors to provide the ultimate waterfront experience and protection from inclement weather. Perfect holiday.

This place was the best. It was large, modern, clean and very well stocked. The docks were amazing and everyone totally relaxed. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a total getaway where you don’t feel like you even want to leave to go anywhere. It’s the complete package.

Enjoyable stay !

Alicia is a great host. The accomodation was very much like it was described ion the VRBO site. We arrived to huge amounts of snow over Christmas, so it had an enchanted feeling of a winter wonderland. I think the summer months may be even better.

Amazing time

Pictures are accurate and the place has a fantastic location. Tucked away on the water so there is no boat traffic. Kids can swim safely. And close to bala and port carling. Owners r in constant communication. Pleasure to deal with. Would definitely rent here again! Thank you.

Stunning cottage! Will definitely be returning

My family and I stayed at Alicia’s stunning cottage in Port Carling for the holidays and it was absolutely perfect. From the kitchen which had absolutely everything you’d need to host a large group, gourmet appliances, incredible interior design, well thought out living spaces, comfy beds - the list goes on and on. We even forgot a few personal items behind and they were kind enough to ship everything back to us. The hosts were incredibly responsive and got back to us immediately anytime we had questions. We cannot recommend this cottage enough!

Great stay with lots of amenities and stocked kitchen

We had an incredible stay over the new years. We had a pretty big group, 5 couples and 5 kids, and the house was large enough to hold us comfortably. Even though it rained and we stayed inside for most of the time, there was plenty of space and plenty to do, lots of games and tv rooms. Kitchen had a large island which made it super easy to prep and gather around. The kitchen was fully stocked, lots and lots dishes and utensil with 2 dish washers which made it super convenient to cook and clean. The boat house and view was absolutely gorgeous, would be fabulous in the summer. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would come back and recommend to others.

A wonderful week on the lake

We had a wonderful time at this lovely home!! We were an extended family of 10, ages ranging from 80 to 15. There was plenty of room for everyone and we never felt crowded. The house is beautiful and airy, very comfortable beds, wide open living area, and an incredibly well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook. Appreciated the two dishwashers with our larger group! We spent the majority of our time at the boathouse and on the dock. The setting was really special and the kids (and grown ups!) had a great time swimming, lounging on the trampoline, reading, kayaking, canoeing, playing corn hole and just being together. As others have said, the home is on a quiet part of the lake so it was very tranquil and you didn't have to worry about boaters waking wakes or where you were swimming. We also loved the close proximity to Bala and Port Carling. Overall, we had a fantastic time at Alicia's home and will always remember the family memories made here. Thank you for sharing it with us!!

This cottage ticked all of the boxes for our family...6 adults and 4 children. The cottage was absolutely stunning; kitchen was a gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances..even 2 dishwashers! The bedrooms were spacious and beautiful. The dining table was the perfect size for the ten of us. The common areas were very spacious and well appointed. The dock was our favourite spot to hang out. The covered area included lots of seating, a bar area and full size fridge. Being able to put our boat inside the boathouse was a definite plus....no worries if it rained or got windy. The slide on the second dock was a lot of fun for the children. I never knew you could go down a slide in so many different ways! The cottage is located in a quiet bay so boat traffic was at a minimum making it safer for our grandchildren to use their water toys. Our hosts were so polite and a joy to work with. Hoping to return again next year.

Beautiful location with boat house!

We had a group of 10 adults over the Canada Day weekend. Beautiful location! The cottage is located at the end of a bay, so there was little water traffic near us. Quiet lake life, but also 10 minutes from either Port Carling or Bala, for some shopping or a dinner out. We spent all of our time (both day and night) at the boathouse and 2 docks (one with a slide). The docks were more than big enough for all 10 of us to lounge comfortably. The cottage had ample room for all 10 of us and was decorated very nicely, including extravagant linens. The dining room table seats 10, with an extra 4 seats at the huge island (great for dinner prep!) Bedrooms were spacious and clean - even with 10 adults we had an unused bedroom and enough bathrooms for all to use without feeling on top of each other. The cottage is very well stocked -the kitchen has upgraded appliances, all the small appliances you need, more than enough plates, cups, silverware, knives, serving trays, towels (bath and beach) etc. Having 2 dishwashers and a 2nd fridge in the boathouse was very convenient for a large group. The owner was pleasant, easy to deal with and quick to respond, both leading up to our vacation and while there. Thank you for the wonderful stay - we will definitely be back!

My family has rented a cottage for Thanksgiving weekend for the past ten years. The weekend is a special time for our family. To gather, share food, drinks, laughs and most importantly to spend time together. My late father loved our Thanksgiving Weekend. This was his last Thanksgiving with us. I am especially pleased that his last Thanksgiving weekend was spent at the most beautiful cottage rental over the ten year period. About the cottage. From the moment we arrived, I knew that I was in for a truly special experience. The cottage itself was absolutely stunning, with a charming exterior that perfectly complemented its picturesque surroundings. Inside my family was greeted by a warm and inviting space that was beautifully decorated and impeccably maintained. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the cottage, from the comfortable furniture to the high-quality linens and towels. The amenities were top-notch as well, with a fully-equipped kitchen that had everything I needed to cook our Thanksgiving dinner. Excellent knives and top of the line appliances. The living area was spacious and comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the spectacular views of the lake The location of the cottage was simply unbeatable. Situated in a serene and secluded setting, We felt completely at ease and able to unwind from the stresses of everyday life. At the same time, it was just a short drive away from some of the area's most popular attractions, so there was never a shortage of things to see and do. Overall, I would highly recommend this cottage rental to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway. The combination of beautiful surroundings, top-notch amenities, and unbeatable location make it the perfect destination for anyone looking to escape and recharge. The host was responsive, helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
