Summary:
Tucked away in the quiet town of Cape Woolamai (Phillip Island) is Protea House.
This beautiful holiday home includes four bedrooms consisting of two queen beds, two bunks (4 single beds), an ensuite and full bathroom.

Separate lounge and family room each with their own TV. The family area has a Smart 55" TV and a Symphony Bluetooth speaker to play your favourite music. The front lounge 48" TV has a DVD player also a selection of family/children DVDs. Games, Puzzles, books are available and free WiFi.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances.

For those hot summer nights or for your winter getaway the house has two split system heating/cooling units in the front lounge and family area.

Double sliding doors take you out to a delightful north facing deck with an outdoor setting (extendable table) and BBQ, perfect for relaxed meals. A generous backyard with plenty of room for the kids to play and if you are looking for some quiet time, the rocking bench seat on the sheltered front porch is a great spot to unwind.

The property is fully fenced and gated(driveway and pedestrian) providing a safe space for children, with a long driveway for riding bikes and scooters, or for off street parking.

It is a 10 min walk to the local Cape Woolamai shops, Grocer/Liquor, Bang Bang restaurant, The Wooli Tavern, Wooli pizza shop other eateries and local surf shop. The nearby town (just over the bridge) San Remo has two Hotels, Cafes and Restaurants.

Close to all the Island has to offer including nature walks, wildlife parks, wineries, Churchill Island, Phillip Island Chocolate Factory, helicopter scenic fights, Penguin Parade, Whale Watching and is home to the Australian MotoGP Circuit and so much more.

Just a short walk to the local playground or to the beach at the end of Seaspray Ave. Its also a short drive to a family friendly beach on Cottesloe Ave and of course, a must visit on your list, is the famous Cape Woolamai Surf beach.

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The property does not take schoolies bookings. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, or parent. If the accompanying adult or parent is not present we have the right to evict without refund.

Linen may be hired through Alex Scott and Staff for all other bookings, please ask your host for details of hiring linen.
