Long weekend get away
Amazing building with a great at home feel.
Great room with great furnishings.
Perfect location with access to anything.
Less than an hour to city.
Definitely recommend staying here, only down side is that I couldn’t stay longer!

Corporate Owner
Property owner (Global Luxury Suites) did not respond to VRBO memo. When calling the phone number on their WWW site, they often did not answer. Difficulty in obtaining an accurate written confirmation of my reservation from them. Once we arrived, accommodations were as described and very nice. Would have been nice to have a "Welcome Binder" with local restaurants, etc.

Maintenance Issues
Did our walk through at check in and notice bedroom blinds did not go up, toilet paper holder was broken, and only one fob was available. Called our customer service dept for the rental to put in the maintenance ticket. Took nine days to get the blinds fixed and the toilet paper was not addressed at all. My stay was for 11 days and I was not able to enjoy waking up and opening the bedroom blinds to see the view until after the 9th day. Not happy

Good location, near white plains train. Needs some updates
When we arrived there were no spare sheets on pull out bed and sheets on that bed were visibly dirty. Property management was responsive and helped us resolve that issue. Couple broken things in apt, towel rack and coffee pot. Seems like could do with overall inspection. Gave us very few towels etc, one roll of toilet paper. Minor stuff could have been better. Apt was loud at night with train noise, so bring ear plugs. Would have slept better with black out shades. Once the sun was up it was light in the apt. Parking was a pain/disorganized and not included in price. Had to wait 15-20 minutes each time we wanted to drive out of lot. Overall fine with good location.

Over Price For Bad survive
The property is not a high end property the building is ok , the cleanest of the building need vast improvements the carpet is dirty with dog stain on the carpet . The elevator are new but scuff up . The apartment when I got there the carpet is dirty and needs cleaning the Refridgerator is all scratch up . The tv remote battery was low I had to go purchase battery for the remote . I had to pay $500 to removed a bed so I was able to put a hospital bed in the room .it took them about 3 day after we moved in to get this done . The electrical breaker box malfunction and the outlet for the TV in the living was out of power and we could not get this rectify until about the third day in . The blind got stuck and that took another 3 day to get them to fixed it . Overall the service is terrible . For tha money that we paid to stay here I am very disappointed and all we can get is I am sorry for the inconvenience . But I would never ever recommended Gobal Rental . The service and the price is horrible .the gym Equiptment is old and people who lives in the building or staff should make sure the rugs are clean when these dogs poop and pee on the carpet . You walk into the apartment and there is stain in front of your doorway entrance . Thank god we took the bed out the mattress is old and disgusting with stain I have pic of everything I complain about . If you are OCD this is not the place for you . There is good news apart from the dog barking sometime the building is very quiet . The
