We visit Vancouver often and have always stayed in hotels but after enjoying the view from this unit and the convenience of the location I’m not sure we’ll do a hotel again. Harinder is a kind, responsive and highly recommended host.

Wonderful condo!! It was everything thing we hoped for and more!! Fabulous location Beautiful views from everywhere!!Real easy to come and go!! And if your catching a concert, hockey game or other event Rogers arena is literally out your front doorI would highly recommend this property!!Tons of wonderful restaurants with walking distance. The Host was very responsive to any questions.. we didn’t have any issues or problems..

Property was good. Nice restaurants were not close by… but lots of quick take away restaurants were. Gas town seemed a bit rundown. We traveled by Uber and bus to get to Grouse Mtn. and the Granville Island Market.Excellent communication with owner!

The place was clean and was exactly like the pictures. The host responded immediately and was very helpful. Very accommodating, we checked in early and was able to add another night to our stay which worked out great for us! We had a small balcony but the views were incredible. We walked every where. Found some great restaurants and lots to do.

We stayed at this awesome property for 2 nights prior to our cruise through the inside passage. The location is outstanding. Excellent for walking, dining, drinking…Great amenities…and the view from the 31st floor was breathtaking!The best part of our stay was the communication with our host, Harinder. All questions were promptly addressed.

Unfortunately the property was not cleaned when we arrived, due to miscommunication with their cleaning staff. which when I contacted the host he fixed immediately which was amazing. I will definitely be staying again my family and I had a great stay. Thank you

Great location, parking stall included.

We had a great stay in July 2025. The place was clean, tidy, well-stocked, and residents were kind and welcoming. Communications with Harinder were excellent. So handy to have laundry and a parking space. And so many restaurants less than a 10 minute walk away. We planned to cook, but didn't since there were so many great places to eat nearby. Very close to the train station too. Thank you, Harinder!

Vancouver vacation

Property was largely as advertised, the view was great. Air conditioning was room units that were noisy and vented through the window inefficiently. The second bedroom "window" had fallen into the room so warm air rushed in instead of cooling. A/C was required because it was too noisy outside to open the windows. Even with the windows closed the trains and street noise were loud.The unit was superficially clean but really needs a thorough cleaning and update. There was rust/mold on the tile grout and the washer had black mold on the door gasket, probably from being closed after use instead of left open to dry. The kitchen did not have the coffee maker as pictured, the coffee filters were the wrong size, and although we didn't expect to "cook", there were no measuring spoons or cups.While the building was advertised as secure, there were clearly many people who did not live there full time, and we would not have traveled in the neighborhood after dark, even walking to the train there were "unhoused" people and we did not feel safe. Overall it was a convenient location, the train and grocery and drugstore nearby. Vancouver is a great city with much to see and do. Mass transit was inexpensive and efficient.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo in Vancouver. It was very clean and comfortable for two couples to use as home base as we explored the city in advance of an Alaskan cruise. The views were beautiful! It was easily walkable to Gastown and lots of dining options, and about a 15 minute walk to Canada Place where our cruise departed (tho we chose to Uber with our luggage). Communication with the owner was fantastic, with very timely responses. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our 3 night stay. The unit had everything we needed and was comfortable for our family of 4. The host was very quick to respond to our questions and needs. The property was super convenient to the Chinatown rail and walking distance to Canada Place. The views from the 31st floor were amazing. We could see our cruise ship docked from the window! And the pool was nice to get in a few laps during our stay. Our first time in Vancouver and we would stay here again!

Beautiful Views

We stayed at this condo after finishing a cruise from Alaska. The communication with the owner was outstanding and the check-in process was super simple. The views were phenomenal and the location was good. We used Uber for the very short ride to Canada Place and other sites. Certainly walkable also. Thank you for providing a home base for us for a couple of days.

Easy Access and Great Views

Stayed for two nights while visted the Botanical Garden and Capilano Suspension Bridge. Right next to Canucks Hockey Arena, would have loved to have seen a game. Close to grocery, drug and liquor stores and found a great restaurant. No issues, enjoyed our stay.

Vancouver getaway

We wanted a quick weekend getaway within our own beautiful country. This high rise was in a great location right across from the arena and close to the sky train and lots of restaurants. Great communication with the host and easy instructions for entry. The views were amazing, especially at night. Had a wonderful stay.

Great Neighborhood!

We had a great time at our stay here! The neighborhood is a great base for any stay in Van, and the building amenities were wonderful. Communication with the hosts was top notch, super responsive and extremely helpful. They were very gracious in allowing us to check in early and check out late, which is very appreciated.

The views were amazing, great for relaxing

We traveled with 2 seniors. The views were amazing, everyone found the beds comfortable. The Host provided a helpful video of finding the parking spot. The location was easy to get to coffee, grocery stores and different sites in the city. having parking, easy access to elevators was great for someone with a cane.

Great location

Had some problems with hot water and electrical plugs. Missing afew things in the kitchen but nothing bad. Very beautiful view and such a perfect location

Lovely Vancouver view

Super nice high rise on the edge of asian part of downtown. Convenient to many great restaurants and walking distance to water. Place was very clean and owner accepted a couple of special requests. Would def stay there again if we come back to the city.
