board games, books, 2 decks and furniture, gas BBQ. Propane not provided.

Guests may order a tank on the Temporary Resident Registration form (guest

list) for a fee. Guests can also purchase or swap out a tank at the local

market or hardware store.



Sleeps up to 6 in beds.

Maximum occupancy 6, which includes children & infants of any age.

OUTDOOR FIRES:

Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited on the premises.



GAS BBQ:

Propane not included (see description for details).

Guests are responsible for supplying their own propane for the use of this

amenity.



STAIRS:

This property has level entry from the driveway to the front door.

Main living is all on the 1st floor.

Interior stairway leads to upstairs open loft master bedroom.



PARKING:

Driveway parking 3-4 vehicles.

Garage not available for guest use.



LINENS:

Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, pillows are provided for guest use.

Beach towels are not provided.



COFFEE, SPICES, OILS, FOOD:

Coffee, spices, cooking oils, food, snacks are not provided.



FIREWOOD:

Firewood is not provided.



GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS PERMITS REQUIRED BY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION:

Pine Mountain Lake HOA charges $50 per vehicle (one time fee) to enter the

gated community with 24 hour security. The entire fee goes to PML HOA. Price

subject to change without notice. Access permits are non-refundable. A stay of

8+ nights will require additional fees as per PMLA.

Yosemite now requires reservations on peak days for personal vehicle entry.

We’re happy to help you secure one! If you can’t get a reservation, don’t

worry—daily shuttle buses leave from Pine Mountain Lake. Message us after

booking for tips and planning help.
