Bright open plan style of living. Lush gardens teeming with bird life, sparkling pool with a huge patio to watch the amazing sunsets.

We would like to invite you to join us and experience our home nestled amongst the Tuart trees, listening to the bird life and watching the beautiful sunsets over the waters of the Leschenault Estuary.Located 20 minutes from Bunbury. Large Bushland property set amongst landscaped gardens,with water views.

Relaxing with everything you could need!

Our family had a wonderful time in the pool , socialising and eating on the patio with the beautiful bushland and estuary in view. The hosts have thought of everything with this house and it felt like home. It was the cleanest holiday home we have ever stayed at!

We had a fabulous time, property was spotless and well stocked with good quality crockery and glasses. Kids enjoyed biking on the trails through the Forrest and using the basketball courts. Highly recommended for a quiet, easy retreat for the family.

Relaxing weekend away. Property well looked after and hosts have gone to lengths to make sure everything needed is available. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, pool and amazing view. Perfect!

2 night getaway with friends

Great spot for a group of friends (8) to relax and catch up.Pool, large grass area, large comfortable outdoor area.Spent most the time outside, but did have a dinner inside and plenty of room for all of us.Rooms are tidy and comfortable.4 double beds was ideal (no bunk beds or shared rooms)View over the estuary and sunsets are great way to end the day.Great value for money

What a home, absolutely fantastic. Super clean with every thing you need and more. Pat was easy to communicate with and the property did not disappoint at all. Quiet area and only 20mins from bunbury. Will stay here again.

Three Waters is a lovely property, everything you could possibly need is catered for, comfy cosy beds, a relaxing stay for all, Pat and Tania are excellent hosts, so good we rebooked.

stunning home and beautiful location

We stayed as a base for work, the house was exceptionally clean, well maintained and had everything you could want. The hosts are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. This was the perfect home to relax, play pool and a few games to unwind after a busy dat at work. We all said it would be a lovely place to spend with friends over a weekend.

Beautiful family friendly property

We loved our time at Three Waters - it was thoughtfully equipped and attention to detail evident throughout. The location is lovely - we enjoyed the baby kookaburras, magpies and ibis visiting the yard. The pool was perfect for our young children as many properties don't have pools with internal steps but this one had a safe area for our small children as well as a deep end for the teenager. Communication and check-in was easy and the house had something for everyone. Recommended!!

Amazing Sunsets

What an amazing holiday place for our group of 6 friends surrounded by stunning wildlife, beautiful views and spectacular sunsets. 🌅 This fantastic holiday home is stocked with everything you could need and conveniently located to beaches, the estuary and shops if needed. The property is amazingly maintained, super clean and tidy and the hosts Pat and Tania are a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend this lovely holiday home to anyone looking for a great relaxing holiday so close to Perth. Thankyou Pat and Tania.

Great place

The house was amazing with the views from the patio, the swimming pool, the immaculate clean bbq and the kitchen full of utensils. The pool table and the dart board was a bonus to. The house itself was very clean and spacious. There was plenty of board games for the kids. The backyard was great to with plenty of room for outdoor cricket. Pat was great to deal with and would 100% recommend staying at there wonderful home. We will be back for sure. Our family had a great time.

What wonder home very thing supplied so cleans

So much for the kids to di lots games pool table, the Pool for swimming and road tennis court basketball court . The house was so clean and was greeted with big box chocolates
