This is what is commonly referred to as a fictional review. Unfortunately, this guest was not completely satisfied with her stay, however, we would like to lay out some facts Fact #1 We have owned this gorgeous condo since the building was built and have made many beautiful additions to this unit. Fact #2 As long as we have been renting this unit, we have only received stellar reviews and several of our guests call to say Thank you for allowing us to stay in such a beautiful condo with outstanding views of downtown San Diego, the harbor and the ocean. This is one of the most coveted corner units in the building. Fact #3 As far as the carpet goes, we have them professionally cleaned monthly as part of our routine maintenance schedule. Fact #4 Our cleaners are one of the best in the area and pay very close attention to detail. Fact #5 The location of the washer and dryer are listed on the VRBO.com website under Property Description. And most important, our Owner's Vacation Rental Agreement that the guests signed states that the washer and dryer are located directly across from the elevators. We cannot help if people do not read their contract! Fact #6 The Guest complained that the bedding was shredded.. To be clear, it was not the bedding, it was the bed skirt that ended up to have a small tear from someone stepping on it. Very interesting that the last client did not mention anything about the bed skirt. As we have spent tens of thousand of dollars choosing the most beautiful art as well as furnishings, we are very surprised that this guest has so many negative things to say. As a Journalism Major, I do however feel like we should end this response on a good note. I give credit to this client for her wonderful creative writing! Unfortunately, we cannot please everyone however, 99% now of our guests are very pleased.
