Local @ B is a three story urban art townhouse centrally located less than half a mile from the heart of Downtown Bentonville, Walmart Home Office, The Ledger (the world's first completely bikeable office building), Thaden School and Performing Arts Center, and a hub of MTB friendly restaurants, shops and pubs. Everything about this Urban experience, from location to amenities, layout, and perks, have been carefully and thoughtfully designed.
The Space:
The open-concept living room offers comfortable seating and a streaming-ready smart TV with a sound bar. The fully stocked kitchen features new appliances and all the essentials for cooking meals or hosting a small gathering. The second floor includes a balcony with a bartop—perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. You’ll also enjoy an indoor/outdoor studio garage and lounge equipped with Cycloc bike mounts, a Park Tool repair stand, and an exterior bike wash station.
The home sleeps up to 8 guests, with each bedroom featuring luxurious linens and urban artwork. There are 3.5 pristine bathrooms stocked with plush towels and bath essentials. Two driveway parking spaces are provided, with additional street parking available. A full floor plan, including bedroom and bathroom layout, can be found at the end of our listing photos.

The amenities provided in our kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room are enough to a guest started during a trip. We do not provide an excess amount of amenities for more than a couple of days. Guest are responsible for purchasing these items if they run out during their stay. Mail - If you plan on receiving any mail or packages during your stay, please have it sent to the nearest USPS office. We are not able to coordinate mail or packages at this unit.

Payments collected by The Wanderlust Co are secure. Your payment will be handled safely during your course of business with us. Payments are powered by Stripe, are Safe and Secure SSL Encrypted. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We only accept payments in U.S. currency.
Rental Fee: 100% of the reservation will be charged to your payment method at booking confirmation.
Security Deposit: For direct bookings only, an authorization hold (security deposit) of $250 will be placed on your payment method upon check-in. You won’t be charged, but the hold means that you won’t be able to access these funds until the hold is released. As long as no property damage occurs during your stay, we’ll initiate a release of the hold placed on your card 7 days after your checkout.
Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.
Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.
House Rules ($250 penalty fee per rule broken):
(1) No smoking inside or outside the property
(2) No pets
(3) No parties or events
