El nuevo proyecto de ley 89 permite solo un contrato por período de 30 días. Incluso si solo está en Hawái durante una semana, podríamos adaptar su estadía a este nuevo formato de alquiler legal. Aloha, y bienvenido al paraíso! Nuestra casa personalizada recién construida de 2017 se encuentra frente a la playa en Alligator Rock, un favorito local en la costa norte de Oahu. Con playas para toda la familia, excelente pesca submarina y snorkel, y 5 puntos de surf diferentes visibles desde la terraza, nuestra casa está diseñada para satisfacer una variedad de intereses y niveles de habilidad.

Desde el momento en que ingresas a la casa, sientes como si estuvieras en el agua, las vistas son realmente impresionantes. Si desea trabajar en su bronceado desde la terraza de arriba, o relajarse en las hamacas de abajo, esta casa fue creada para disfrutar de lo mejor de lo que North Shore tiene para ofrecer.

La casa tiene aire acondicionado, con tres de las cuatro habitaciones con impresionantes vistas al mar. Nuestro plano de planta se completa con 2 suites de un dormitorio principal, un dormitorio con una cama queen size y un dormitorio con dos camas individuales. El corredor de arriba tiene un futón adicional para la habitación extra. Cada habitación tiene su propio baño correspondiente, con un baño adicional en el sótano, así como una ducha exterior climatizada, ambos diseñados para que pueda jugar en la playa tanto como sea posible.

La sala de estar de estilo artesano se abre directamente a la terraza cubierta a través de una gran puerta de bolsillo de 12 pies de ancho, que conecta con el medio ambiente durante toda su estancia. Nuestros lanais cubiertos cuentan con impresionantes vistas al mar de 180 grados. Desde la comodidad de nuestro hogar, puede ver a las tortugas marinas hawaianas en peligro durante todo el año. Los meses de invierno traen las olas grandes, así como la violación de las ballenas jorobadas visibles desde su habitación.

No puedes acercarte a la arena más que esta casa. Abra la gran sala de juegos del sótano y relájese en las hamacas mientras admira la arena y el mar desde el amanecer hasta el atardecer. No encontrarás un lugar más dulce en la costa norte.

Fantastic house and location! Had everything we needed and more. Plenty of beach stuff already at the house and all the cooking items and storage you need. Beds were comfortable and Ashley was great when we had any questions or needs. Definitely would recommend staying here!

The house was spectacular! Our family of 8 was very comfortable. Ashley was quick to respond with any questions we had. The amenities were incredible, right down to snorkels, water shoes and beach towels! If and when we return to the beautiful North Shore we would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location

Right on the beach, great location. We saw whales off the lanai, we snorkeled steps from the condo. Ashley was an amazing host. The house has everything you need to cook and to go to the beach. definitely stay here again.

The house was awesome and just as advertised. We really enjoyed the location and had a great time. We saw sea turtles right from our beach and loved that the beach was not crowded at all. We even made a new feathered friend (we named him Petey) that decided to join us for meals. Ashley was an absolute pleasure to work with and very responsive to any questions. We had a wonderful stay and all five of us highly recommend this rental.

Right on the water and close to everything!

Ashley’s place was just as described and literally right on the water. Peaceful with rolling waves and beautiful sunsets. Easy quick drives to Waimea and Haleiwa. 3 on the water decks gave us access to the most beautiful views and great waves. I would recommend this location again.

Week to Remember

The property felt like home. Perfect size for our family, tons of bathroom, basement is massive and perfect for the kids. Love hearing the waves every single day. Ashley is so warm, super nice and easy to communicate with. We would come back here every time we can!

Amazing location and host!

A large house right on the ocean at the north shore of Oahu! The natural sound of the waves crashing is so relaxing. Direct access to the beach and the clear blue water allowed for a daily walk! Location was great just minutes from a couple small towns, multiple beaches, Waimea beach, Waimea falls, dole plantation. Ashley was an amazing host. Responding quickly with communication and assisting with any needs, questions or concerns. The house and all appliances were clean. There is lots of water sport equipment, towels, games.I must say the cleanest BBQ at any location I have ever stayed! Ashley, thank you so much for being such an amazing host and sharing your beautiful property with us!Rick, Donna and family!

3 Generation Visit to Hawaii

There were 8 of us staying, ranging from 20 years old to 82! Absolutely loved the number of bathrooms, the large kitchen island and the lanai. Each morning, you could find at least a couple of us looking over the ocean, drinking coffee and just enjoying the wonderful view. We have been to several VRBO's and they range significantly with kitchen items included. This VRBO, by far the best! So many cooking utensils, spices, crockpot, griddle and even 2 cheese shredders! So close to great beaches along the North Shore and the town of Haleiwa, which the three 20 somethings decided to snorkel with sharks. They highly recommend for those brave enough to get beyond the thought of swimming with sharks. If you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki/Honolulu, this is the place for you! At times there is heavy traffic in front of the VRBO, making it difficult to get out. The key to the short driveway onto a busy road, is to back into the driveway. Thankfully, my husband drove the entire time and was good with backing our large SUV into place each day.

Fabulous experience for a first time VRBOer

From the owner, Ashley, to the house itself, ours was a superb experience. My first time as a VRBOer and first time to Hawaii, I had lots of questions. Ashley was responsive and patient every time I called or texted. The house itself is stunning! Obviously new, it had plenty of room for our four adults/older generation + four 20-somethings. The two large ocean-facing decks gave us plenty of privacy if we wanted time away from the crowd -or- we could take a water "toy" from the closet downstairs and play in the surf. Bring surf shoes because most of the area is rock, but that did not deter us! The driveway/garage behind the gate easily accommodated our 2 full-size cars. The house is right off the main road, but we had plenty of space to pull out onto the roadside, close the gate and merge onto the busy Kamehameha Highway. We never noticed ANY road noise inside the house or on the deck(s). The location is awesome; easy drive to the Pipeline, Haleiwa and the Dole Plantation. We rented bikes and rode from the house to the bike path starting at Shark's Cove. I would NOT recommend this with small children or maybe even teenagers, but have to say that the drivers were, for the most part, very considerate and gave us a wide berth. Bottom line, if you have a family gathering and are not a resort-type person, this is your place. We had a blast!

Perfect family getaway!

Everything was good about the house. The parking was challenging, very challenging.

Process to acquire was quick and efficient. I caution you on the parking. Area is small and backing out into traffic was horrible. We had a Suburban and it barely fit either had to back in to the property or back out to a very busy highway. Even my son who had a smaller car had to back in. Street parking was full so that was not an option.

PERFECT NORTH SHORE HOME!!

Beautiful location to watch whales, turtles and surfers as we lounged on the decks. Top deck was perfect for sunbathing, main level deck for dining and playing games and cards and the bottom lanai with the hammock was wonderful! The photos are accurate, but can't really convey the actual beauty of the property. Ashley is great to work with and we will definitely return!

Best staycation ever!!

The house and location exceeded our expectations! We were able to fish and snorkel right off the patio. There was a short walk to a small beach and swim/play spot. Easy and close access to food trucks, Waimea Bay and grocery store (Foodland). The house was well equipped and comfortable. I’ve been sharing the link with several friends!

Whales, sea turtles, beach walks and sun from the lanai!

Our family of 7 had the most wonderful time here! The location is very convenient to all North Shore related activities and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. We slept with the windows open and listened to the sound of the waves each night. The best part though is the lanai! We watched humpback whales blow, splash, and breach daily from the lanai. We saw green sea turtles swimming and on our morning beach walks found them sunning themselves on the sand. The late afternoon sun shines in on the lanai and it’s a great time to relax with a book and watch the sunset. The outdoor table and grill are perfect for family meals when you don’t want to go out to eat. We are sad to leave and we hope to be able to return again! We are so thankful that Ashley and her family opened up this wonderful home for us. If you have the opportunity to book, do it!

My family vacation

Overall it was a good in every way... the only thing that could be improved is the trash removal. It should be monitored better by the property mgr just to ensure it’s removal by the visiting family. Overall a good experience and would recommend the house to all .

What a great place to spend Christmas. My family of 5 had so much room in this picturesque property. The views from each deck were amazing as we spotted surfers and whales each day. Comfortable beds, great kitchen and gas grill along with a location you cannot beat with the sounds of crashing waves right outside your door. Ashley was amazing! Our stay included Christmas day and she even provided my family with a Christmas tree. An absolute gem on Northshore.
