Otupai Cottage with free wifi, cosy up in front of the gas fireplace on those cooler evenings

Otupai Cottage is a beautifully appointed 3 bedroom home one block from the shores of Lake Taupo. The property is L shaped with a queen bedroom and bathroom at one end, the kitchen, dining area and lounge in the centre, with a hallway leading to 2 more bedrooms and a family bathroom.

There is also a spacious back yard for the children to lose some energy and enjoy.

Breakfast is not provided.

Note : The Cottage on the property has one single permanent tenant staying. They will not disrupt your full enjoyment of the property .

Before check in, guest will be asked to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non refundable damage waiver. (portal link will be sent in the to guest after your booking is confirmed)
Strictly no parties or gatherings. If you would like visitors during your stay, please let us know. This way we won`t disturb you if we consider there to be extra guests at the property.
Only the maximum number of guests stated on the booking are permitted to stay.
If extra guests are found to be at the property they will be asked to leave.
Please do not ask if extra guests/children can stay on blow up mattresses the answer will always be `no`, for health and safety reasons.
Non compliance of the maximum number of guests or the no party rule may result in eviction without refund.
