If you are looking for a house to share with friends or family where you can all stay together in a stunning location, without compromising comfort and style, this is it!

The home offers 4 bedrooms plus a sitting room (or 5th bedroom), 3 bathrooms plus an outdoor shower and bath. Ample indoor and outdoor living spaces to choose from. Fully equipped kitchen with dual ovens, gas cook top, Thermomix, convection oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and ice machine.

Ultimate expansive games room with a pool table, XBox & Pac Man machine with 60 games. A perfect bar area to prepare those summer drinks with a second dishwasher and bar fridge.

Boating enthusiasts will also appreciate your own deep-water 12 metre pontoon with boat storage and a jet ski dock. The pontoon is equipped with a bar fridge, BBQ, power & fresh water and a fish cleaning table. Easy access to the ocean!

The outdoors areas are a dream… a sparkling infinity pool and heated spa, Balinese alfresco area, BBQ, Pit Boss slow cooker/smoker and a wood fired pizza oven completes this impressive package. Multiple fire pits and sitting areas are on offer.

Super-fast internet throughout the home, Smart TVs with Google Chrome Cast & sound bars.

All linen supplied including bedding, bath towels, pool towels, tea towels, hand towels & bath mats. Consumables provided - starting supplies include salt, pepper, oil, flours, paper towels, toilet paper, glad wrap, foil, laundry detergent, dishwasher powder, cleaning products, garbage bags etc.

Great place for family teunion. Many nooks and crannies for those wanting some quiet time as well as plenty of open entertaining.

The Palms

Location and facilities were great. Property fell a bit short on cleanliness, wildlife coming in the house, finding correct light switches (wish these had been labelled) and operating guides for ovens and appliances - our guess work failed on several occasions!

Family Christmas

Brilliant! Huge open spaces, fantastic amenities, private, well maintained. Space to be alone and gather in large groups. Excellent cooking facilities…. All 3 bbq’s and the winner of the week a large capacity ice machine! We loved every minute and can not fault a single thing. With guests from 8-80yrs it catered for everyone. We all are planning a return trip..

Amazing Overall

An amazing property to have a family reunion to celebrate my mother's 90th and my Mum and Dad's 70th wedding anniversary. The Palms offered something for everyone, just an amazing place to relax, enjoy each others company, and take in awesome views. Melanie made checking in and the whole experience exceptional. Thank you for your hospitality. A truly amazing experience.

Magnificent family weekend

Great weekend spent with family. The property was excellent and Melanie was a great host. She was easy to contact and very helpful especially when we could not figure out how to work the oven. There was a lot of room for everyone especially the children who enjoyed running around in the massive yard and playing in the cubby house and trampoline and swimming in the pool. Definitely no time for electronics with so much to do. The house was well stocked and the view was very relaxing and beautiful especially the sunset. Highly recommended for anyone looking for space, beautiful views and total relaxation.

Unbelievable!

We are still dreaming about our stay at Palmers Island and wishing we were back. It was the most beautiful property we have ever stayed at. We were blown away the moment we drove through the front gates! From being able to play golf in the backyard, swim in the cold pool, relax in the hot spa, chill out in the games room, cook some fresh pizzas in the pizza oven, this property honestly had it all. The hosts were incredibly accomodating, were a huge help, & a genuine pleasure to communicate with. We had the most wonderful time away and cannot wait to be back one day!

It simply doesn't get much better than this

We are a family of 7 who booked this several months ago. The property is superb, host fantastic to deal with and we couldn't fault our experience. If you want to be impressed OR impress someone else, then this is the place to be. So private, park like grounds and simply everything available at your fingertips. A one of a kind property where we will definitely return to again.

Beautiful!

Stunning property that didn’t disappoint. Was the perfect combination of secluded, but close to shops for convenience…although you never really need to leave. We celebrated a 40th birthday with a group of 12 adults and children and there was plenty of room and ample space for fun and celebrations! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. Would 10/10 recommend and Melanie was a great host- was very timely in communication. All in all a fabulous stay at the Palms!

Perfect Palms

Fantastic stay at the Palms! We were a group of three families (kids aged 11 to 18)… and the house suited us perfectly. The location is stunning. Private and secluded, but still only a 10min drive into Yamba for beaches, cafes and restaurants. The house opens up giving it a lovely ‘resort’ feel. The river seating is beautiful and the sunsets amazing (keep an eye out for the pod of dolphins cruising by). The property is new to the market and really well stocked (heaps of glasses, cutlery, utensils, towels, staples, etc). Everything felt clean and fresh. Kids loved the pool, spa and games room. The fishermen loved the fully loaded jetty and the rest loved the numerous zones to just chill and relax. A coupe of bedrooms and bathrooms lacked a bit of privacy (nothing a blind or shade can’t fix)… but that’s just part of the open feel and didn’t really bother us. Overall a fantastic luxury property which we all loved. Thanks Melanie - we’ll be back!
