The space
The house is on a property backing onto a local reserve, within walking distance of the town centre and local beaches. You will have access to the entire house and grounds.

Built over two levels, it boasts defined spaces upstairs and the open plan living downstairs draws everyone in whether you are in the kitchen or living room.

Sleeping room for eight and two complete bathrooms, with a bath in the upstairs bathroom.

The house is a meticulously kept and designed modern Danish-inspired “summer house" that makes the best of the natural light and daytime warmth through the large format glass doors and bay windows before later resting on the couch beside the fireplace.

In the large eat-in kitchen, you can accommodate eight comfortably for dinner and with all modern appliances, even the most discerning chef will feel at home. The house is secure and comfortably suitable for two families.

It's a typical Danish summer house, built for being used with easy access to the rear deck for dining and watching the kids play in the pool, or dining and entertaining outside with dinner on the BBQ.
