Inspired by the relaxed feel of the Central Oregon Coast, Sundance offers exquisite design and decor. This new upscale vacation home is across the street from the beach and located in the quaint neighborhood of Roads End. Sundance features a large dining and family room. The inviting family room boasts a gas fireplace and a large flat screen TV/DVD player. Its kitchen comes fully equipped with granite countertops, top-of-the-line appliances and all the amenities a cook might want.

Tranquil seaside living is evoked in the relaxing bedrooms. Familiar comforts are translated into unexpected luxuries, including plush designer linens, soothing pillow top mattresses and personal TV/DVD players in every bedroom. Kids of all ages will be entertained in the game room complete with foosball table, Xbox, board games and DVD movies. This traditional home is meticulously maintained and boasts an outdoor shower, grill and outdoor furniture. Sundance is the perfect seaside retreat for family and friends.

Family trip

Was a great house for a group. Well stocked with dishes and serving items. Beds all comfortable. Nice access to the beach area.

We enjoyed the house. The beds were very comfortable. Nice view over the state wayside and good beach access. We would have liked light blankets to use instead of the heavy comforters. There is no wifi downstairs. There were a few minor repairs that should be done but they were only minor inconveniences.

Great location

This place is great location close to roads end state park and chinook winds. Great views for Kitchens. Some deferred maintenance. However, plenty of space for the whole family to be comfortable.

Beach House getaway

This was a very nice beach house. It’s an older home that is very well taken care of. Beautiful views of the ocean close walking distance about a block away. Everything was clean. Plenty of room for everyone. We will definitely come back.

There was a nose strip in our bed. There was paint pulling off the ceiling. There was paint pulling

Really shifty. You couldn't go out on the decks. All taped off. Your pictures of the house is bs. Thing that really gets me you knew all these problems and still rent it out. Not happy at all.

Taxes and fees, oh my!

For our ten-day stay we, almost half of the entire expense for our trip was taxes and fees. I will not be using VRBO in the future. Our house was nice, although the drawers in the fridge were damaged when we arrived. A lot of handles and fixtures were loose. There is no cell phone reception at the house. The dryer took way too long to dry clothes. Nice house. Great location. We enjoyed our stay. The house could use a tune-up, though.

Spacious for the whole family.

Overall the house was nice, it was spacious and comfortable. On the surface the house was clean, but the less obvious things were missed and seem to have been for a while. The garbage disposal had the smell of rotting meat, we cleaned it three times to get rid of the odor. The master bath was very slow to drain, the water pooling around our feet the first night, upon inspection we found the drain clogged with a lot of hair. The maids should have noticed the slow drain and cleared it. The bottom floor had a very strong mildew smell and unsightly stains on the carpet.

Unsafe and unclean

Bed linens and shower linens stained had to buy towels and bedsheets. Dust clusters hanging off the top of kitchen counters, all for bathtubs extremely large lips hard to get in and out for everyone especially elderly, front rails wobbly couldn’t use. all TVs in the four bedrooms we’re only DVD players. No local channels or cable in front room or game room had to use personal apps or streaming. Ran out of dish soap and garbage bags in two days .Futon in game room broken. Good things table that set 10, living room couches are very worn but enough seating for 10 & enough utensils, and table setting for 10 or more. Wouldnt suggested this rental for anyone.
