Además, admite mascotas (se aplican tarifas adicionales de $ 20 / perro / noche con aprobación previa) Ubicado en el centro cerca de Broadway at the Beach, Myrtle Waves Water Park, The Palace Theatre, Área de compras, restaurantes, entretenimiento en vivo, golf, centro de convenciones y deportes Centrar. La unidad acaba de ser remodelada en enero de 2018. Hemos instalado nuevos pisos de baldosas con aspecto de madera, y pintamos toda la suite, instalamos encimeras de granito en el baño e instalamos nuevos gabinetes de cocina y electrodomésticos. También tenemos algunos muebles nuevos. El lugar es aún más hermoso ahora, para que pueda tener unas vacaciones aún mejores.

Beautiful Condo - Not so beautiful Resort

We have stayed in Myrtle Beach several times and this was our first time at the Patricia Grand resort. The room was clean, the hosts were great, helpful and communicative. However, the resort was our least favorite in Myrtle Beach, honestly not comparable to the other two my family has stayed at. We had to bring our small dog this trip, so our options were limited… Every time we wanted to go up-or-down on the elevator - it took a long line and 10 minutes to finally get your turn. The pools were large but not as updated as other resorts in Myrtle Beach. The “shop” in the hotel closed very early. The “bar” by the pool opens very late and closes at 4PM. I understand a little weed smell, but the whole building reeked like weed, which is unfortunate especially when you’re in a small elevator with a small infant. We paid a lot two nights and we would’ve rather stayed at a regular “motel/hotel” for less than half the price, with similar amenities. Our family rates it a 3/5 stars, the room was 5/5, the “resort” is 1/5.

Great Pet Friendly Vacation

Resort is on the beach with good views. Good pool area with pool bar. DJ on the weekends made it fun. Very dog friendly with a pet bathroom area right outside of the resort. On site restaurant was good. We are walkers so it was easy to walk to the boardwalk, activities and restaurants. Condo is very small, but we expected that. There is a loveseat - not a full size sofa. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was small but we managed. Kitchen was sufficient for our needs but could use a few more items for ease of preparing meals. There was a wait for the elevators but we also expected that as well. Everyone at the resort was friendly and helpful. Parking was a bit tricky for us since we have a full size truck and there were limited parking options/spaces outside of the garage. Overall good spot for a vacation that allows you to bring your fur baby along. I would certainly recommend for vacationers with dogs.

Quick stay ok.

If you want to make plans in a hurry for a quick stay and need to see the beach from your room, this is a good place to go. If you do not care that your room may not be very clean, ignore the spackle on the walls and bring your own sheets, then this is perfect. Staff is friendly if you need answers to questions. The best part is the location since it is feet away from then end of overcrowded beaches. Would still stay again now that I know what else to bring.

Get a way...Myrtle Beach

The check in process was super easy. Being able to walk straight to your room after a long commute was the best. Everyone that we met was very friendly. The host was the best,she checked on us to make sure we were fine and everything was going well. I found it very relaxing to sit on the balcony at night and enjoy the breeze off of the ocean. The stay was a very pleasant one....

The property in general

Our room was quite small. Ok for only 2 people. Room did have an odor, not sure if it was from the AC unit. The elevators were a big problem. Two elevators that took forever and was always too crowded to get on. A lot of dogs. Would not stay at this property again.

Beautiful Views!

Outstanding views from the bedroom and living room and the balcony was much larger than the pictures showed. Loved the location and peaceful setting of the area. Parking garage was convenient. We was there for Spring Bike Rally and didn't have any issues with parking the motorcycle - we did have to ask for a motorcycle parking pass at the guest services although there was 2 parking passes for a car with the unit (which was outside of the VRBO).

Amazing view of the ocean!!

The suite was a very clean. The ocean view was wonderful. Lying in bed watching the ocean was awesome. We had a elderly dog, the suite was close to the elevator and close to the area were dogs could got to potty. The beach was just a a few feet from that area. This made things so convenient. Nice size TV in living room and bedroom.

Great beach condo

First VRBO stay. Very easy, got the code for the door on the day of check in. It's much nicer to go straight to the room and not deal with check in, etc. Very clean, just like the pictures, everything worked, great view, a nice balcony which was way more private, and bigger than most. This side of building is close to dog park, and a lot of people had dogs, including us, so expect to see some in the elevator and coming and going. I didn't experience any noise in the room though. Would definitely return.

This beautiful DIRECT OCEANFRONT efficiency suite is located on the 11th floor of the marvelous, dog-friendly, Patricia Grand. This private 1 bedroom suite has just been remodeled in December 2017. It has a king-size bed as well as a Murphy bed. All new appliances. All of the carpets have been replaced with wood-look tiling, and new kitchen cabinets with a stunning granite countertop have been installed. The master bedroom features an amazing view of the ocean. Wake up looking at the ocean.
