★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
We respectfully ask guests to refrain from smoking indoors. Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly request that you treat our home with care and respect, just as you would your own, to ensure its pristine condition for future guests and your potential return visits. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the beauty of our space.

★ SORRY, NO PETS ALLOWED ★
At our property, ensuring the comfort and tranquility of all our guests is our top priority. For this reason, we regret to inform you that we do not permit pets on the premises. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment for all our guests.
ZEN GUEST HOUSE RULES
Please ensure our House Rules are adhered to, including the following:
- No parties or events
- No pets
- Pool Hours (8:00 am to 8:00 pm)
- No Glass, No Alcohol & No Smoking of any description in the pool area
- No Lifeguard on Duty - Children under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by a competent adult at all times.
- Respect these pool rules for your safety and the safety of others.
- No Excess cleaning and leftovers
- BBQ to be cleaned after use. An additional cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit if left uncleaned
- Please do not smoke inside the house. You may smoke on the balcony where an ashtray is provided with doors closed
- Bins are to be taken out of the apartment (Outside the property building)
IMPORTANT NOTE: security cameras are in use in the front entrances and common areas of the property, a
breach of the rules may result in a fee or dismissal of the property.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit of $350-$500 can be requested prior to check-in. All our managed listings use an API-connected software that authorizes us to hold a refundable deposit.
