Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Very clean 4 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms , fire place in family room and open to above which it this house special, 18 feet ceiling, you feel like a huge hall, brand new sectional sofa and 65 inches smart flat screen tv, free wifi. Garbage, left over food, recycle
Hi guests, I know you have a vacation so a lot of food and maybe a of left over as well, so please try to put the left over food in one grocery bag from the restaurant you buy and put them in the green bin out side of the house please.
The recycle are for water bottle, cook can, wine bottle, any plastic or metal or paper are go to blue bin for recycle.
Other thing else go to garage in brown bin outside of the house, so after you put the food and recycle to there designated bin we reduce so much garbage, reduce garbage is good for ourself and our generation it good for our world.

Beside we have a beautiful kitchen with a lot of cabinet, very big fridge, build in wall oven, 36 inches gas cooktop for fast cooking, huge counter top with pendant light and pot light, a lot of big windows at the back to give a lot of light and view of a nice finish backyard, there is a fire pit and waterfall sectional sofa with cushions, make you want to spend time outside as well
make this house your very long stay vocation or mobile work or distance study, we proviede desk and chair and high speed wifi which is everyone favorite amenities.
Please noted basement is not included. Basement have 2 bedroom 3 queen size beds and sofa bed, can accommodate7 people, have kitchen full washroom, stream shower, pool table, and excercise mirror on the wall, this is also rent short term seperately from upstair, guests from vrbo and airbnb. So be mineful of your noise after 9pm. Parking is split one side each, if you have 2 cars park back to back or one in the garage, and one outside, another side is for basement gueats.

Hi guests, I'm a hairstylist, running my own salon, and I'm passionate about real estate investment, and I love travelling, so I decided to host my investment property for travellers. It is so nice to have the whole place to yourself and your family or your group, it is very private and safe as well since we had covid in the past.
we love vocation time, I know we all deserve a break after a long hard working, so it is importance to have a clean place when you're away so you can relax and enjoy your trip.

Why this property? Because I love it myself, I love the open concept floor plan, from the front we have little porch where you can stay outside for fresh air but still under the shade of the same roof of the house, fully landscaping, driveway is interlock design for new modern look, it is detach or single home with 2 car garage and can park 4 outside on the drive way, interlock the side of the house to the backyard with gate for privacy and safety.
Inside the house have a lot spaces for you to relax, work or study. there is a big kitchen, equipped with big fridge, gas cooktop, build in wall oven, kitchen island with bar chair, breakfast table and chair, and dinning room with dinning table and chair, tan of chair and counter you can put your laptop and plug anywhere in the house. we have living room with 3 pieces of sofa set for and it is seperate from family, out family is huge open to above concept, the ceiling is 18 feet, double windows, giving so much light, we have fireplace and big screeen TV hang above the fireplace, and we have a nice sectional sofa for you to sit back and watch tv.
Main floor we have 2 pieces washroom and laundry for your conviences, stair case to go upstairs, 4 good side bedroom all fit queen size bed, that can easily sleep 2 people on the bed, there is a walk out to balcony from one of the room as well, so beautiful to see and get fresh air, two big washroom equipped with a lot of towels, body towels, face and hand towel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap. there is a master bedroom with a 5 pieces washroom and 2 desk and chair in two of the bedroom.
Location Location!! very convience to reach pearson airport, downtown toronto, downtown brampton, park 2 mins walk from the house, restaurant is 2 mins drive, grocery store 5-10 mins drive, neighbor is very family oriented, safe for kids .
