Wonderful winter get away !!

My family and I keep returning to this beautiful cabin every february for our snowmobile trip and it never disappoints! Every year there is more updates to property and it just feels like home ! Thanks again for having us !

Really great place to stay. We used it as a home base for a few days of hiking. It’s in a great location. House was very clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner was great. We had a couple quick questions and they responded right away. I would absolutely stay there again.

Very clean, very well maintained. Very easy stay. The rental was warm, water was hot, kitchen was very easy to use, has all you need to prepare meals. Very close to the upper works trailhead and Santanoni preserve. About an hour away from AMR parking, Giant and some other high peaks trailheads. Several firetower trails nearby (adams, goodnow, vanderwhacker). Perfect place to use as a basecamp. We'll be back.

2nd time stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our hiking group was here before and rebooked due to a very good 1st experience.The facilities are very good and clean. The owners are super nice and attentive. The fire pit was great!Kitchen was nice size and had all the appliances you would need. Highly recommend this house.

labor day weekend in Newcomb

We were in Newcomb to hike a few high peaks in the area. the house was very nice, clean and comfortable. was really nice to come back to the house after a couple long days hiking mountains.

Riders trip

We are a group of motorcycle riders. The location was good for riding. We just hit the grocery stores on the way home if needed. Hosts were very responsive to question and any issues.

Second visit good as first.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It is clean, comfortable and the kitchen has every amenity you would need for cooking even large meals. We received 4 inches of snow one night and they had the drive cleared early in the morning. They even had the living area nicely decorated for Christmas. Great stay!

Perfect Home in the Heart of the Adirondacks

The home was immaculate when we walked in, spacious living room and dining room. The rental home is right next to the golf course, great for cross-country skiing or snowshoeing.The owners are so nice and accommodating, we had a slight problem and they came right over and attending to the issue. Definitely will return, can hang in the big spacious living room or play pool and air hockey downstairs.

The perfect getaway

This is our 4th year back here at the hampson Inn for our snowmobile trip ! Ray and Kelly are super hosts and respond very promptly if you have any questions. the cabin is very accommodating for all your needs. It feels like home. It's back yard is conveniently connected right to the overlook with a short trail through the back yard and can hop right on the golf course trails from there to connect onto state trails on other side of town. Thanks again ,until next time !

Wonderful Rental in Newcomb

House as advertised. Very clean and lots of space for family games and gatherings. Very well maintained. Kitchen was well stocked with an assortment of pots, pans, dishes, and essentials. Amazing location for outdoor activities. Communication with the host was great. Quick to respond and flexible. Thank you Kelly and Ray for a terrific vacation!

Gem in the heart of the ADKs.

Wow! We were so pleased with this property! So clean, modern and comfortable! Kitchen basics all there, well maintained appliances and comfy beds. Lovely deck overlooking a wooded area with mountains in the distanece. We were there for a canoe trip and while the weather wasnt perfect, our accommodations were! The weather cleared on the last night and we were able to use the fire pit; what a treat.We will come back to Newcomb to stay at this beautiful home again!

Newcomb home

This VRBO house was one of the cleanest I have stayed in. Check in was easy and owner was easy to communicate with. Only suggestion I would make and it is just based on a personal preference, would be to have a queen bed in the master or one other room. Other than that the house had everything you could think of, (pool table, air hockey, firepits, just to name a few. Would highly recommend.
