Agave Studio Description

Agave Studio is one of three private studios on the grounds of Casa Cactus, a tropical home filled with artful charm and natural light. The studio includes a private bedroom, bathroom, and a well-equipped outdoor kitchen that helps keep the indoor space cool. Designed in bohemian style, the interior includes a matrimonial bed, ceiling fan, air conditioning, and an outdoor sitting area under shade, ideal for relaxing or enjoying a quiet meal with a view. Guests also have access to the lush shared garden and pool area, which is shared with just two other studios and the owners living on-site.



Nearby Amenities

Chedraui, the main local supermarket, is a two-minute walk away. Taxis and public transport including collectivos and buses are within a 5-minute walk. Local beaches such as Zicatela, Manzanillo, and Carrizalillo are easily reachable on foot in 10 to 15 minutes. Puerto Escondido’s restaurants, coffee shops, and pharmacies are all accessible by foot or a short ride, making the location perfect for travelers without a car.

Guests have full private access to the Agave Studio, which includes a private bedroom, bathroom, and an outdoor kitchen exclusively for their use.



Guests also have shared access to the garden and swimming pool, which are shared only with the two other studios and the owners who live on-site.



Outdoor seating under shade and garden views are available for your enjoyment. You’ll have access to all basic amenities, including high-speed internet, cooking essentials, fans, and A/C.

We kindly ask all guests to respect the peaceful atmosphere of Casa Cactus. Loud music, parties, and unregistered visitors are not allowed.



Pets are not allowed, and the studio is not suitable for children under 8 years old. Shared spaces such as the pool and garden must be used respectfully and quietly, especially after 9 p.m.



Laundry service may be available upon request for an additional fee.



All guests are required to sign the rental agreement prior to their stay. A secure link will be sent before arrival, and completion is necessary in order to access the property.
