The condo you can Ski to via Condo Run, and even Walk to the Highlands Gondola in 2 minutes that takes you up to the Ritz-Carlton. Since we are the first condo on the left of Ski View set just behind the Northstar Village, you can also walk to the Village, as well as both the Big Springs Gondola & Village Express Lift, both of which you can enjoy watching from our Living Room and Patio! Convenience continues within, as we put our place together with our renters in mind. Our 2 Bed & 2 Full Bath Condo is quite Luxurious with a Granite Kitchen & High End Appliances, and meets our TAP Inventory List to ensure you have all that's desired throughout the place and within the Kitchen to cook with friends and family. Our living room has Leather Electric Reclining Couches, a Coffee Table Full of Games, a Smart TV with Spectrum Cable App & Amazon Firestick, and a Gas Fireplace with Remote to Stay Cozy on Winter days should you wish for more Ambience over Central Heat. Both Queen Bedrooms are equipped with Smart TV's w/ Built-In Games, convenient USB/Outlets on side tables, as well as Tower Fans for hot Summer Days. Our Master CA King Bedroom however, has a Select Comfort Adjustable Airbed Mattress! You will have access to the Laundry Room, 2 Ski Lockers, and the NPOA Rec Center. The Transient Occupancy Registration Certificate signifies that the person named has fulfilled the requirements of the Uniform Transient Occupancy Tax by registering with the Tax Administrator for the purpose of collecting from transients the Transient Occupancy Tax and remitting that tax to the Tax Administrator.
